Absolutely a lady can dress as she pleases, but am pretty damn sure her boyfriend/husband would not be okay if she went to a festival topless with just glitter on her boobs 😂 Doesn't mean a guy can't handle a strong woman if he objects. What if it was the other way round and he wanted to let it hang out, would the gf be uptight? Just that there's not 100% compatability there :)
