Any1 else notice that the entire time the prosecutor is giving her closing arguments, Charlie is sitting there responding to her questions under his breath, shaking his head in agreement or disagreement, putting that confused look on his face as if she's speaking directly to him lol...the entire time!! Lol what a f*ckin weirdo 😄😄😄
It is great to re-watch her Closing and Rebuttal after listening to the calls between Chuckles and Donna. Listening to Chuckles saying how he was convinced he'd played a blinder on the witness stand.and how great it had all gone. He had zero idea what good prosecutors do. They get the narcissist criminal on the stand, and then let them talk and talk and talk. They let them dig a grave for themselves, and they do NOT bring up all the holes and contradictions. They save those for the closing, when the defendant isn't able to make up any more lies. And of course Chuckles thought he'd been brilliant. He ALWAYS thinks that. That's why he's in the mess. The idiot assumed he could pay and lie his way out of murder. When what he SHOULD have done is flip on Wendeye early, long and hard. Though even Chuckles realized that Ms Cappleman's Closing was bleeding brilliant and she just nailed him to the floor.

IMO..1. Wendi's comments, Ruth Markel wants to put boys in Jewish foster home, may be what's being fed to Danny's boys. 2. Wendi saying her lawyer tells her not to read, hear, watch anything related to this case, may be what's told to the children as well. Learned @STS Georgia is wearing FSU colors.
Everyone misunderstands Ruth comment! She said, until we can get them here with us in Canada. I heard her say that in an interview. Not sure why that was not specified enough!!! Of course they were NOT leaving their babies in foster care❗️

Watching Charlie’s smug face during part 1 of her closing, and contrasting now after Danny-Boy’s weak closing…. Looking pale, weak, and dyspeptic is absolute gold.
It's a beautiful application of philosophy. Philosophy is the application of logical thinking to questions that matter... she owns Charlie, with reason. No intelligent person would believe his and his defense's version of the case. It's not reasonable to believe you. No parole. Write a book? Find another guy of similar "intelligence" to "bond" with? Taking Dan's boys' dad away is unconscionable to most humans Charlie. Bye.
I kind feel bad because Wendi and mom put him up to this and Wendi is the reason he in thier to defend her lies about abuse she lied to everyone to her mom to her friends to everyone Dan was tough but only in court he lived this woman all he was fight for he’s kids and the stuff she did to him he’s an honest man with every lie she stated she say everyone is a liar but her I kind feel bad both of the wicked witches put him to this
Wow what trial closing did you watch? Are yo sure your not related to Rash Burn? He lost every single person’s attention after 30 minutes in, especially the jurors! That defense closing was the worst and the weakest I’ve ever seen or heard. A five year old could call this out as utter bull honky Crazzee 😵💫 The truth you will always remember and will set you free - Lies…will make sure you constantly go scrambling for the truth… this case is such an example of what murder, with deceitful evil hearts can do when revenge, hate, and jealousy seeps out of people who have that poisonous evil characteristic’s run through their ice cold veins 🖤☠️🖤
