Because "male" dolls are being used for tests. Like changing to female dolls is gonna change anything. Why doesn't she install a 5-point belt, it's more effective weather you're male or a female.

My sister was a straight “A” student and could read and write by the age of four. When she left school at 15 she got a job as a copy typist she never was out of work and eventually became a secretary and in between all that she went to live in Germany for a few years to learn the language while doing waitressing. She had a hard life at home which never impacted her ability to study. We are all born with certain abilities which dictate our life. Idiots are born idiots and die idiots why intelligent people die intelligent

I’m 64. And at the age of 19 I entered a predominantly male dominated industry. Aircraft manufacturing. I was almost not hired due to affirmative action. I’m thankful they saw the raw talent I had for the work and was hired! I truly enjoyed the work! But, the level of sexual harassment was quite high and wasn’t a big deal back then! So, I’ve seen both sides. I didn’t have children, but I helped raise my husband’s 2 children from his previous marriage.

The argument is would make against affirmative action would be that if the woman could make the same benchmark as a man, she will get the consideration for the job as the man, period

Affirmative action could work if it was only on financial limits, smart and poor should have the opportunity. Get in in aptitude and get assistance financially. Lowering the standards hurts everyone including the person who gets is, they will have a harder time and are more likely to drop out.
