I'm 34 I was an eagle scout. Now a day i don't even like admitting it. It never used to mean "most brain washed American Hilter Youth for the left" like it does now.
@ludwigvonsowell5347 it had nothing to do with individual troops. BSA as an entity went completely woke when they felt the needed to rebrand after 1 or 2 accusations of sex abuse (all of which turned out to be unfounded btw) and they pushed that down to the troops and told the leaders how it was gonna be. I'm not lying when I say it's basically woke indoctrination now. If I hear a boy or girl is in scouts I KNOW there parents are hard core leftists.
Same…I was in Boy Scouts for about 9-10 years and earned my Eagle. Once they started allowing all that stuff I was disappointed as I will definitely not have any of my kids in Boy Scouts in the future

Only time I ever disliked Micheal was that awful exorcist interview. That guy was so full of shit it was coming out of his eye balls and Micheal was licking it off his face like when my dogs clean each other.
Can we please have sweet little Alissa on one time so we can hear her voice and get a sense of her actual personality unfiltered through Michael? Sincerely, A woman who deeply cares about micro details like this
Agreed, Was just thinking that myself. I love that he's smart, highly articulate - and can destroy nonsensical ideology without even blinking, but then has a sense of humility and compassion. But above all - that he's unapologetically a follower of Christ.
Someone who used artificial-algebra to grift and feign absolute belief that someone will win an election jus the cause it’s their political party, and then stoke confusion and doubt even in the face of that candidates losing? And I’m not even talking the Donald. That’s the sad part. I’m referring to Lake. Conmen like your future son are why we can’t trust society.

If you have seen some of his earlier videos, he's a little bit bombastic. You can tell he thinks he is better than everyone else which is not a virtue no matter what the profession. Humility is a virtue.

“He was despised and rejected- a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all. He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth. Unjustly condemned, he was led away. No one cared that he died without descendants, that his life was cut short in midstream. But he was struck down for the rebellion of my people. He had done no wrong and had never deceived anyone. But he was buried like a criminal; he was put in a rich man’s grave. But it was the Lord’s good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the Lord’s good plan will prosper in his hands. When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of his experience, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins. I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier, because he exposed himself to death. He was counted among the rebels. He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels.” Isaiah 53:3-12 NLT This was written around 700 years before Jesus came into the earth, yet it describes His life perfectly. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 God loves you so much and showed that by sending His Son to die for us so that we may inherit eternal life. We deserve judgement but He gave us heaven through faith in Jesus. He took the punishment we deserved, and by putting our faith in Him we can be saved. As a fellow Eagle Scout, I sympathize with you, Kirk. It feels like it means nothing anymore, which is such a shame. Unless your Troop is attached to a Catholic Church, don't trust it; and even then, there are other ways to give your boys that kind of experience these days.
2:10 As a 5'6" 22yo man who came here to watch a fantastic video with Michael Knowles and Charlie Kirk - some of us have our politics straight, short gang rise up Also 42:39 - As someone who just got off Adderall after 6 years, 100% agree; I have far more drive to clean, make myself good food, hangout with family, instead of just watching movies and playing videogames. When I feel happy now it LASTS, Adderall is a terrible-terrible medication, and while it helped me focus - it didnt make me focus on my family or self-betterment, and I've found a little bit of initiative and effort keeps me on track just as well. Beyond that theres just small things too, I sleep better, I eat better, my digestion seems better, ecetera.
Love Michael Knowles, and the Yes/No game is a hoot!!! Going to give hubby copy for b-day. Couldn’t believe RU-vid put MK in jail for a week for stating a bio fact. Sad commentary on where society is!
I knew before even watching a second of this that they would both agree on everything 😂 Also I’ve never heard a better answer about the death penalty that Charlie said. I agree that morally it’s definitely okay but politically that terrifies me that an innocent person could receive it.
Right! I've known some absolutely hilarious women in my life and while I wouldn't be good at standup, I was always told by friends in college that I'm actually very funny and always seemed to have people rolling on the floor. I'm no model but I'm not hefty, or a dyke 🤣
Happily surprised to see Michael's opinion on educators. As a former conservative educator married to a current conservative educator, I think the loud liberals oftentimes overshadow us normal folk. I left education for various reasons and am now a realtor in Nashville (hit me up if you wanna buy or sell ;-) ), but my husband remains in the public education system. When I tell you he's doing the Lord's work, I'm not just saying that as a proud wife. He works his tail off to give kids a GOOD education based on truth, THE Truth. And he is severely underpaid for it.
Every time Charlie Kirk speaks it is like one of the greatest Christian and conservative speakers to ever grace this earth. I always find myself transfixed with his wisdom.
Love this! But I disagree on the Boy Scout question. My son has been in both cub and boy scouts from the ages of 6-13yrs old so far and both troops have been very conservative, voted against allowing girls in, say the pledge and pray at every meeting. I believe that it just depends on the troop, luckily our troop is made up of military, police, fire families and we are chartered through a church. My son is working hard towards Eagle scout as well and I still believe it's a prestigious title.
I only recycle because I live in Oregon and we are BRAINWASHED to do it. Plus I save space in my trash can and I don't have to pay for them to get rid of my trash.
I think its great that a protestant and a catholic can get together and have a discussion, then find that they both agree, but just might phrase it a bit differently or put more emphasis on different traditions/sacraments. I am on the protestant side and a lot of protestants talk about Catholics like they aren't saved, but I just can't see Michael Knowles like that. He clearly knows his bible and knows what salvation means. I think it's a great opportunity to see that where the Spirit is present, He is also unifying, no matter what your denomination or personal convictions.
Reading 1984 right now and that is correct on the drink… Winston drank the mug of gin described as “oily-tasting stuff.” Had to read my birth year book before it’s too late. Looking at the state of our current events and I would say we are reaching these Orwellian times. ESG compliance and 15-minute cities are coming soon.
I think when you go low level into scouts, they get it wrong. My kids are in scouts. They learn how to setup a tent, build a fire, they say the pledge of allegiance, believe in god and talk about it... Not stereotypical liberal things.
You guys are wrong about the unforgivable sin. The unforgivable sin is rejecting Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is the one who convicts the whole world (John 16:8) trying to get us to turn to Jesus. You also cannot lose your salvation. The reason this issue confuses so many is because Jesus rarely, if ever talks about the actual word "salvation". Why do we define getting saved as "a ticket to Heaven"? John 3:16 says the gift of God is "eternal life". John 17:3 says eternal life is "knowing You, the one true God, and the one you sent, Jesus Christ". In other words, getting saved means you start your relationship with God. That's why the people who won't be let into Heaven will be told, "Depart from me, I never knew you." God means "knew" in the sense of relationship with you.
As a former teacher, teachers get paid too much. The problem is all the expenses that come ahead of time. If teachers didnt put themselves into massive debt, their wouldn't be as much complaining. The first problem to solve is the debt/education level.
I guess you never supplied extra supplies for your students or rugs and books and bookshelves, enrichment charts and graphs and maps , every thing else the school board refuses ti supply. High school teachers supply extra supplies and after school activities. The college teacher get the most and spend less of their own money on students.
I think women can certainly be funny. I just think more often than not they're really awful at stand-up comedy to be more specific, cuz they typically try too hard to imitate men. I can only think of one female stand-up comedian that I genuinely find funny, and that is Taylor Tomlinson. That being said there have been many women in older SNL casts who have been incredibly funny, so I find they do better in skits, or movies in regards to both their writing and performance. I agree the commonly maybe have a bit goofier of a look or are maybe hefty, but that's not always the case. I mean, I'd personally say Taylor Tomlinson is actually rather attractive, but sure, usually attractive women aren't as funny.
The death penalty conversation got me going. I’m Catholic with a catholic college education. I’d like to clarify a few things that I think both Michael and Charlie got wrong. For one, they used the Old Testament laws to support the use of the death penalty. After the new covenant, we are no longer bound to those laws. They are still a good guideline but we are not obligated to follow them exactly. For the other, the modern church teaching on the death penalty was only partially explained. The catechism of the Catholic Church tells us that the death penalty is morally wrong as it undermines the dignity of the human life, which is still in place even after commuting a heinous crime. It is important to note that one of the main driving forces for the change is that in the modern world there are other means of punishment, such as life in prison, that are more feasible now then in the past. For example, a Supermax prison can hold even the worst of offenders with todays technological and security improvements. It would possibly be admissible, in a less technical or third world country where they may not have the technology to keep an offender secured away from others where he cannot hurt others again. But of course that is a difficult moral dilemma and one absolute decision cannot be given
To add to this there is a daily wire cigar room discussion where one gentleman presents that while it is currently reasonable to set the death penalty aside, it should not be completely revoked incase there comes a time where society can't handle the prisons properly. We are in arguably good times with regards to our ability to seperate people deemed a threat from the people deemed innocent but that could change. Please note I said people "deemed" Because while we have the ability to jail the criminals, I am not convinced we are jailing the appropriate people in some situations.
I just want to watch a couple hour long movie of Charlie and Michael just sitting at a table talking about their faith. I have a feeling that Charlie and my beliefs add up more than mine and Michael would. But I love hearing two people who have similar yet different beliefs talk about biblical things together. It’s FASCINATING!!!
Humanity would never fully appreciate the value of kindness empathy forgiveness mercy or unconditional love, imagine if unconditional love didn't exist? where might we be today? all these things mean nothing, if not for evil and its place in our universe. can't have cold without hot.
When I meet a new guy, I always check who he follows on IG. You can always find the most important red flags. More men than you think follow multiple “models” & certain celebrities 🤢😵💫
You do know profiles can be faked, right? Scammers study their marks for a while and probably know your interests better than you do. They tailor the profile they want YOU to see accordingly.
Some women are funny. A friend of mine is going for her doctorate in pharmacology. She told me she was going to have to go by her first name. I'll admit, it took me a second. Her last name is Zayas. Dr. Zayas, like Planet of the Apes? LOL!
Brett Cooper never makes us laugh. She's a veritable funeral over there in Comment Section. This is serious comment, not intended for laughter.* *Subject to change if I gain weight, convert, or change orientation.
I actually talked to a friend of mine who graduated an eagle scout he said that the reason they let girls in was because they had disbanded the girl scout troops
"women are funny" .. both say no.... it's so interesting. as a woman... I don't have this bias of gender and needing to put men down and say they are not funny. even as inside joke between us women. we acknowledge men are funny. :) Why men have the need to say a whole gender isn't funny... is very odd to me. they take these FEW public figures of left leaning comedians and say women aren't funny. generalize much? women are funny. of course. all humans have the ability to be. as if it's this GIFT only men can have. lol however.... i would say men more easily access the part of them selves that are willing to go there and be funny. women i think, personally, take it more to heart if they try to be funny and no one laughs. it is almost societally expected that men SHOULD be funny, and women aren't encouraged as much to be. in my life, women make me laugh just as much as men. professionally.. no. because there are MORE male comedians AND the few women are are comedians are left leaning activists types... so in a professional sense, men are funnier. this is all said in a light hearted manor just fyi... and as i final note... i just think it's sad how men always hold these truly ODD opinions on women and just stick to them for life. why would you want to say an entire gender can't be funny, can't drive, can't this can't that. women laugh at men. women admire men driving. women see male point of view movies, and movies we like are called chick flicks - as a way to put our interests beneath men. i don't know.... it's just sad to me :) I love men... but it just hurts with all these little random digs that make us feel like at the end of the day, you thin yourselves better than us in so many aspects.
Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is a topic that I’ve seen a lot of discussion on. A lot of newer Christians, and some older ones, are worried that they have done it. However, it isn’t saying something, laughing at a joke, etc. It is seeing God for who He is and rejecting Him as evil. It isn’t about saying something blasphemous. It’s about truly rejecting and abhorring the Spirit of God. Much the same, taking the Lords name in vain is not saying, “oh my God.” It is about claiming to be following God and doing things that God abhors. Now, I’m not talking about someone who is a Christian but still struggles with sin. Obviously that is all of us. However, when we commit evil in the name of God, we are taking the Lord’s name in vain. John MacArthur says that taking the Lord’s name in vain is, “To use God’s name in such a way as to bring disrepute upon His character or deeds was to irreverently misuse His name. In either case, if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (paraphrasing 1 John 1:9). The only way we can sin enough that we cannot be saved is if we do not repent. That’s what blaspheming the Holy Spirit is. That’s what is described in Romans 1:26-29. When we utterly reject God and harden our hearts to the point where we will never repent and come to God, then we have committed the unforgivable sin. It’s not because we can do anything bad enough that God would no longer be willing to forgive us, though, it’s because we’ve done something bad enough, or more likely, enough bad things, that we can never ask God to forgive us.
This has easily been my favorite yes or no. ❤ I wish I had someone to play with... maybe I can identify as 2 people and play myself and get super drunk 😂
Respectfully, guys, what's helped me is re-reading Galatians a LOT, prayerfully, along with the whole Bible of course and esp. relevant, Romans 7 & 8. But seriously, Galatians. Either you're in Christ or your not, regardless of if you "commit mortal sin" or not. I mean, look at that list of who won't be in heaven there in the last ch. I think im Revelation. Right there, God doesn't say anything else, BUT we know from elsewhere that " ... but such were some of you..." among everything else relevant, like what I mentioned above. So, personally I think it makes sense that there's a big difference between the heart who is truly rejecting, blaming or seeking to usurp God, than to use Charlie's 10 commandments ex. and in the way most people I know think of it, in saying " OMG" etc. ( NOT condoning saying that ! - I was raised to not say geese or gosh, either), take God's name in vain and if you died on impact just then... . While I don't necessarily stand with those who say that since nothing can take us out of God's hand, and He wouldn't be writing then erasing then re-writing our name in the book of life, that must mean "once saved always saved" in quite the way they believe, BUT I agree except that I'm sure we never lose our free will and that only God knows if it was a case of "they went out from us because they never were truly with us" OR a case of someone having to some extent genuinely been surrendered. IDK for sure how that all works, of course, BUT I am increasing sure that no one is going to accidentally end up not with God/unsaved. They may have suppressed what they should have known, may have been very presumptuous, proud and entitled (and not pouring over God's word in true humility and sincere prayer) like those Jesus was pointing to when He said that " Many will ... but hear on thay day, depart from me, I never knew you." after confidently citing their so-called good works and service. So, food for prayer and I hope, encouragement for none of us to live in fear instead of finding our true rest ( sabbath) in Jesus and His finished work of redemption He offers, for all who receive a surrendered relationship with Him, which WILL result in fruit of the Spirit to an extent, but which doesn't mean we won't still sin, and sin is sin. Excepting the blaspheming of the Holy Spirit which then must be, in the context of the whole Bible, that which equates to the rejection of our only hope/the path to it. Read the list of the unsaved types in the last ch. in Revelation, but then read " ...and such were some of you, but..." ( In an epistle somewhere) and the book of Galatians and Romans 7 & 8.
Who ever was "keeping score" messed up at the "Diana car crash" question. Michael changed his Answer after getting a point, that brought him to 16, and then Charlie got his point for answering correctly. But, when Michael changed his mind, and brought his drink back to the "Yes" side, his 16 should have been dropped back to a 15, thus making it a "tie game" at that point.
I am 5 ' 1" and feel there is a bias toward tall and a bad bias toward short who i believe are mosre honest than tall people - they are forced to be extra good.
I'm 5 2 and I agree there is bias, but the short people are generally considered immature or unwise. In reality, height has no bearing on character, only perception.
I genuinely do not understand the whole "women aren't funny" thing. Are we just taking in account comedians? a lot of my girlfriends are funny I dont get it its a personality thing not a gender thing
We have a politician in Connecticut that is short. He’s been in there years but the thing is I always thought he was 6 ft tall until last year. Richard Blumenthal just looks tall on TV for some reason.
