I actually really liked it when he went sorta insane, cause it answered one of the questions I had during the entire series. Most of the abilities we had seen had fairly big drawbacks or weaknesses that we could see if they had their power long enough onscreen, so I had wondered, what's Yuu's weakness? Now we know, he loses a bit of himself each time he takes a power, and that's just good storytelling to me

I swear Charlotte is such an underrated anime

This anime is underrated, change my mind. I relate to this so much, like when his sister died. I took the same path and shut everyone out, isolated myself and became violent in the smallest situations. I want to be somebody but I don’t know who I really am.
