Was one the best video, pod casts I've seen with 2 people I follow on you tube and think are v funny and love their farming issues, as ex dairy manager I relate to a lot of the stuff that goes on. Well done to you all on a v good few minutes of viewing.

so agree with what you guys said about depression that if you keep busy you don't worry about individual things so much........i found that out when my parents passed away some years ago.......i couldn't stay indoors for too long .......i would just go in the house and eat my meals then go straight back out on the farm again and keep busy that way i was able to cope mentally.........i'm fine now........although charlotte might dissagree😀😀

Caveat, I am not a doctor, but as someone with literally dozens of friends with ADHD, Cammy you are *so* ADHD lol. Aye, I don't think your wrong, if I hadn't had to look after my dog during COVID idk if I would have made it out alive, she meant I had to get up every day, and go outside, and feed her etc so I can imagine how having a farm to look after is the same, but more! I always appreciate so much, as someone who has depression and anxiety, how understanding and caring you are about MH stuff. You're a good 'un. There's not been an episode I didn't like, but I think this one is probably my favourite.

From living in a household with asd adhd this podcast was to my ears like a constant roaring of noise ,,, bit like living in here but I did get the topics and eventually found out about the jersey plan kind off , I was thinking it would head to the high fat and cream content prices and how high end barista owners look for suppliers of “fancy” milks mostly from jersey x Holstein, jersey and Swiss cattle… 🐮 now I need to lay down I feel exhausted lol When’s the new stock of fed metch out with the bigger sizes ???
