As a mainstream mainstage EDM lover i always thought that Techno was not really my thing, but during the live stream i decided to give it a chance and listen to Charlotte set(that was the first time i listen to Techno set from start to finish) and i absolutely loved it.I found something hypnotizing in that music.Because of that set now im gonna be more open to Techno and i wanna thank you for that Charlotte de Witte.
@@shyamjs4202 alot of these tracks are old trance, most of these techno DJs are playing old hard dance/trance in their sets which can confuses alot of these newer generation of ravers.

As an avid trance fan, Charlotte is one of the few DJs that can make me enjoy techno Brilliant choice of tracks, but dropping that final fantasy in the end was just something else, such a magnificent surprise!
I'm a Trance fan and I've never really appreciated techno, However, I always give a try to other EDM genre. Knowing Charlotte de Witte is well good in her genre I gave it a try, and I have to be honest, I quite enjoyed her set, I can almost feel some deep and dark trance bits in her set, and I find it really appealing. Great set, would love to see it live tho :) Peace to the techno fans out there !

@@patrickalphenaar when i was an 8 year old guy my father was, engineer but in smaller events, about 2 thousand people the most... I started doing this job since the age of 8 as i said ... I constructed my first pa system when i was 14 years old... For 2 thousand people ... And the journey begun ... My first big pa system was in tomorrowland for tiesto ... And that is my second large format pa. And if you know about brands ... L acoustics k1 is the system we use, its a system that plays like hifi... Why people gotta hate everything. Last year when she play her own style people said it's too boring, and now they're saying this is too mainstream, not real "Techno". Can't we just listen to the music and appreciate her work?
Amen, techno was like a mini-hippy revolution when I was young, met the best people in techno clubs. It attracts the highest quality crowds of any EDM genre (imo).

Ummmmmmmmmmmmm I really don't think the mainstsge posers are.into.techno...although I'd been following CW the last 2 years... i really think her tomorrowland KNTXT set before this was way better...Awakenings set this year so far is her best... I'm really suprise she didn't adopt the same set to the tomorrowland mainstage... considering these fucks are more happy to be on the video than just enjoying the actual talent playing... oh wait they're waiting for the theatrics like aioki, like mike, armin and those clowns...

I never bothered listening to techno until the Tomorrowland 2020 live stream and it made me appreciate it so much. The bass drum is the main drive of every song, everything else in the song is just an auxiliary to the hypnotic thump. It's very tribal, primal, & minimalist and I love every bit of it. I cannot wait to listen to Charlotte live.. I'll need to work out my legs to last the night.
@Raka Larssön ohh so today using a software with an mp3 player makes you a dj. Wait a seconds i can call my grandfather, he is able to do better... And wait it's weird when every Dj touch their effects on their table and nothing happens but everyone knows you are a bunch of drugged shit without a brain so who cares. Although I must admit the scenography it's pretty cool .
