I reached a point in my life where I realIzed i have nothing to pour out anymore. I feel completely alone and have no motivation in me at all. I got tired of being angry at the world for making me feel alone and I love that this song was here when I decided that. It gave me an ounce of motivation and I feel more alive, less sad. My dentist's office is in the same building as Charlotte's apartment. Seen her on the stairs a few times and said hello. Not much of an anecdote eh? But the last time I was able to tell her how much I loved this song and the video. Got a lovely smile and blush in return. Charlotte for ever (to quote one of her dad's songs).

Loved Gainsbourgh as an actress. Got hipped to her music some years ago with "REST". "DEADLY VALENTINE" video popped up on My RU-vid feed after watching her doing a Criterion Collection "Closet Pick". It's always been My Favorite Song on the CD. Never knew there was an actual video to this song. Very Beautiful and Rhythmic Video. Wonderfully edited too.
