It's a pity for Portugal not to have a win yet, but this year the song doesn't deserve a high position. Danca comigo was my favourite last year, I love almost all Portuguese entries aside this year's :(
You all guys have your own opinions and thoughts but you have to be realistic, I'm a singer myself, and I could surely say that among the songs participating in this years Eurovision this song is the best, and I am sure 100% that Sweden - Charlote Perreli is the winned this year. That's why the balkan countries usually are so strong. There are lots of them and they have a similar musical vibe and always voting for their neighbours. And eastern europe votes for mother Russia, because there's so much russian imigrants from soviet era and they're all voting for Russia. But I don't think there is too dramatic "alliances" out there. I voted for Spain. It isn't nordic countrie, but it showed the true nature of euroV's. Vote for the craziest and one with most PR.
Good song! Great voice. She's a really good singer. At the beginning, the performance is a little bit boring i think, but at the end, with the backing-vocals, it's great. I would say she has a realistic chance to win this year, but watch out for Ukraine, Russia, Armenia, Greece and Switzerland. 10 points from The Netherlands! Good luck Sweden!
Cyprus is among the last in the Eurovision polls by fans all over Europe,not to mention they give a terrible odds to them by all the biggest betting companies. So you believe what you will but the public AND the critics all over Europe have all said what they think of Cyprus.
Portugal has never been in the top 5 ever, whereas Sweden has been in the top 5 a whole 18 times and won it 4 times. They are also in the 3'rd place of all time if all the points of all the years is counted. You were saying??

you are right! i think sweden was the best this year...i must admi that i loved roumanian song, but it wasn´t appropriate for this song contest...or, maybe it´s just geoplitics...((
I think the main reason for that is a question of taste. Nordic people tend to like the same kind of music, so they will vote on each other. That's the exactly same thing that's happening in the eastern europe. There are a lot more folk music and that kind of stuff that does not exist in the northern part of europe.
Perfect professional performance of Charlotte, and i really dislike people who can only judge her and her( so called botox)looks! Come on guys don't judge a book by it's cover only, grow up ! I really can live with the fact that she could win the ESC 2008 again although i still think her song is too overproduced.
Sweden is a good country, we have alots of famous peoples and things! Some are racist and some are not, iam not a racist but i dont like that our country is getting overtaken by immergrants. Sweden is on top 20 best countries. Please dont talk shit about my homeland.

I absolutely lover her cat like appearance! But I adore her voice! She has such beautiful voice. And she seem to be a good personality? So why didn´t she win? Is it because the former eastern bloc countries haven´t stepped out of their nationalist cradle yet?

as dance song perrelli has to compare herself with the girl from Ukraine, who is much more natural. the song from Ukraine is much more interesting und is good for disco floor.

Why Sweden didnt win?? Im not surprised at all. 1.Sweden always has this kind of songs, good song for this competition, but nothing special. 2. They always think theyre going to win, every single year. Thats why the swedes are surprised they didnt win. 3. The other countries dont like the way sweden always talks about theyre song and theyre artist Perelli in a super good way. Thats why not even Norway,Finland,Iceland, Denmark voted for them.
