I visit the amazing Charlotteville beach and enjoy lunch at Suckhole restaurant!
Situated on the northeastern tip of Tobago on Man-o-war Bay, the sleepy fishing village of Charlotteville is the perfect destination for the traveler seeking a picturesque location with a great beach that is largely untouched by the influences of the mainstream tourism industry.
My name is Alan Charles (The Trini Surfer) and i am a professional photographer/content creator.

This is a great video. The drone shots and editing were beautiful of course, but what I especially appreciated was the information you provided about each location. For example, when you made it clear on how to get to Suckhole beach. Also when you explained how not to be in a rush when you arrive at Suckhole to eat. Sometimes people may forget ( myself included ) that this is the Caribbean, the pace is different, slower but good. It forces you to take a breath and enjoy life. Thanks

Oh, love Tobago was home back in 2005 and spent 3 days there. Always got to the beach to late to get the crab and dumpling. Didn't get time to do lots of exploring. Hope to bring my kids and grandkids in 2023. Let's hope covid wil be a thing of the past.

My favorite country village outside of (Kendall/Argyle/Roxborough) and Castara; although Speyside holds a spot in my heart. The stomping grounds of my childhood. You need to head up there (Charlottesville) when there's a full moon. It's such a spectacular sight. 😭

@@Trini_Surfer Yes; it is. But, don't sleep on the Southside Island drive. There's a lot of beach coves. Next time, in Mt. St. George, visit Nacka Beach ( I can provide directions) There's an area that captures seashells, visit Studley Park/Fort Gramby. And, Belle Garden has a really nice beach, and a terrific view of the coastline, stretching to Roxborough from their village's football field. These places are safe, between! Nacka Beach is my favorite place in the entire world. Nice reef of its coast, rock formation, suck hole. ❤️ Chennette and mango trees. See the TnT ferry's comings and goings. Thanks. I hope I have watched all your videos cuz I will be there in another week and staying at one of the cottages beside Suckhole. Stayed at the cottage across the road from Suckhole last Jan. 2020 (just before COVID hit). As I remember there is another eatery beside Suckhole that make extremely huge Rotis. It's a really nice town, friendly people and lots of birds (especially parrots and Mot-Mots). I like watching the Domino players at the gazebo.

Hey bro the beach you labeled as lovers bay is actually pirates bay. Lovers bay is also known as the pink sand beach its on the opposite side of man o war bay next to booby Island.

The drive through main ridge is surreal and if you can do the hike from main ridge forest reserve to the visitors centre...totally worth your while.
