Pile 3 was starting to listen while procrastinating from doing physical therapy, a few weeks post surgery of the most difficult injury I've ever had.. I've definitely been snippy because I feel like I have no energy to give anyone, have barely energy to give myself to physically heal right now. 1:03:21 Jess tysm for opening up and sharing about the doctor's appointment. This reading speaks to doctor's appointments for me as well, specifically as a Black Queer woman dealing with the medical system in the US. I have to advocate for myself a lot, and I've been feeling led to express my anger more. It's one thing for me to go to rallies publicly and participate in activism in that way. And I've also been called to participate in interpersonal activism, since of course all of the isms make their way into personal relationships. It's been easier for me to express myself and hold loved ones accountable, even when I have to end relationships in the process. But for me, personally, there are few things more terrifying than advocating for myself in a setting where the people I'm standing up to might literally open my body one day. And otherwise have the power to make decisions about me and my body medically. But I've been facing that fear a lot lately. Especially within the last month or so. People tend to gaslight about stuff like this. They usually don't want to get in trouble, or even admit to THEMSELVES how they perpetuate systems of harm and oppression. And medical staff can be passive aggressive in some of the most terrifying ways. Ways that can harm you physically without anyone noticing (especially if you're Black or a POC). But honestly, my silence never saved me from that. And so I'm not being quiet about it anymore.

im bipolor and lost a my as a server job due to a stress induced mood swing. i live in texas and unemployment denied me in june. im still waiting for my appeal. im dependent on my children for rent, because the apt complex would not accept the rental assistance from the county. was awarded $23 in food stamps. im working driving apps and got a little job delivering pizza. i was hired as an insurance agent, but i needed to make money now to keep a roof. Pile 1 - Quickly and not surprisingly I thought to myself I feel so frikin seen right now. And I thought these words do not even describe how your message is making me feel….“Seen” …. “Seen” does not explain… but then the funny thing is is that a little while after I look at the bottom left of the pan and see “SEEN & NOTED” 😳 there are so many charms that resonate with so many things happening in my life. For one, my first name starts with J and the person who I’ve been experiencing an unhealthy “connection” with starts with M. The charms at the top are just those letters…the list goes on. Jess thank you so much, Imma start saxophone classes, when i was little i wanted to play drums and saxophone but my parents said no and i always felt that i lacked something, i did 2 classes of sax some years ago and i was so happy and vibrant! 💙💙💙🦋🦋🦋🎷🎷🎷

Pile 2! I’m actually on my way to get pizza 😂 And, I just did the paperwork for an apartment in Long Beach. It’s 2 blocks from the beach! I’m excited, but focusing on remaining balanced. It does feel bigger than me. I’m ready to enjoy life. Roller skating and experiencing community. Omgggg!! I did just move in February and was thinking life was going to be so different.. it’s been complete opposite of what I thought it would be. I HAVE been working on protection!! 🤯 Omg.. I’m trying to get my kids to a safe place! And, holding onto hope for so long. I moved from my sun line to my Jupiter line, and this apartment is #3.. Jupiter!!
