Has any news channel tried to find the last 18 wheeler driver who was the last driver to drive over it. He was just seconds away from disaster. He must be thinking WOW THAT WAS ME
"Kick em when they're up, kick em when they're down, give us Dirty Laundry"........Don Henley. What a worthless "class" of people. I'm dumber for having watched this. 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
Old man Biden has money for war but no money to update the infrastructure; bridges are in disrepair; train wrecks every month. Bravo, grandpa, you are the worst president! I'm happy for you! Why do we need new bridges? We will spend billions in Ukraine! That money will be stolen there! Ha ha ha!
@@PaperMario64 That "Class" being the news "media". I don't need you to tell me something I already know. And, I could care less what they think about me.
Good thing U.S. STEEL WASN’T SOLD TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY, WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR STEEL COMPONENTS TO BE MADE , ASSEMBLED, DELIVERED ( thus another problem with shipping ) …… AMERICA 🇺🇸 FIRST, ALL OTHER WAIT IN LINE‼️
It was not there when I was a kid either. Most places did not have bridges or highways in the states I l iced in. Visiting family and vacationing. Virginia and Maryland we frequented. Grandmother's farms.
Yes. It was built in the 1970s for one. It was also identified a few years ago as vulnerable to collapse due to its design. It's just that nothing was done to fix it because there's never a will to fund infrastructure until a disaster happens.
I realized where Grandpa Biden spent taxpayers' money! They didn't go to new bridges in Baltimore, not to new railroads!!! They went to war in Ukraine, where they were stolen. Jovelins are sold on the black market!! That's the whole secret! Don't dig a hole for someone else, you'll end up in it yourself!!!
~ Ship lose power ~ Ship hit Bridge ~ Bridge fall in Water.... ~ Thats the Entire Story ~ I’ve watch them slice it dice it ... Mix it up & Reguagitate it .... But its still the Same Story...
Them some square jaws ladies.... I did crack up as it went down but I was like damn, some people are taking a plunge right now and I smirked. I HATE BEING SAFE AND WELL OFF
Maybe M.W. can see where he is going wrong, eat crow and listen to those who know what they are talking about. This is why these accidents happen. Dali was in trouble with Australian authorities and told not to come back I would say over repair issues brought on possibly by the Seaman's Union. Much to their credit. Going to sea is no bowl of cherries. I don't like saying this but I honestly believe you folks were very fortunate to have that bridge for as long as you did with that kind of traffic. Such a dainty masterpiece and such terrible ending. My heartfelt sympathy to all.
Lack of devices to prevent this are to blame. No excuse. Poor gov management of this asset have caused it's demise. Underwater diversion islands were needed long ago but "they cost too much". $110 million to build, probably $1.1 billion to replace (or more).
The likely people who would benefit from this episode besides the claimants would also be the Artificial Intelligence (AI) navigation pioneers who has been aggressively trying to market their AI-assisted tools to help ships react and navigate optimally in times of emergency. So we should also include the Chicken and the Egg thing in our thorough investigations.
Einstein said nothing can fall or will fall until you FIRST take out the force from below doing the supporting of the the thing that can fall. The Equivalence Principle says gravity is not a force & NYC 9/11 was officially gravity..? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R3LjJeeae68.html
American's don't get to keep bridge named after Key, which wrote words to National Anthem after the way they disrespected him. After NFL & others took knee before games, did ya think nothing would happen? Karma is at it's own time.
@@sandpiperr Because I live a mile from the bridge! 3 trucks each containing 2 workers on break were sitting on the bridge. 2 recovered alive, 2 deceased, and 1 truck yet to be recovered. It’s believed to be caught up in the concrete/debris.
Customs does that prior to departure and upon receiving. I was at port manatee in FL when customs found 2 containers full of Colombians hitching a ride with a load of bananas.
