Last year in 2022 Spectrum had an employee come to my house to hook up the internet and he spend all day at my house and brought another employee to my house and I noticed that he cut the antenna that was connected to my flat screen TV things two employees spend all day at my house and they left at 8 p.m. and before leaving they start touching the remote control pressing some buttons and I was very upset I took off the internet the next day and I called too cancelled it and put a complain to spectrum and gave back there internet box to UPS It's already 2023 spectrum ruin my credit score my credit score was at 678 and now 614.... Then spectrum bill $119/54... Why am I going to pay a bill if I never use it the internet took off the internet the next day.... So it's okay for an employee to break my property it was the worst service ever.... I seen a lot of people hook up the internet faster but these two employees decided to take their sweet time staying at my house before spectrum was close..... Last year I told spectrum you broke it you owe me a new flat screen TV and they never did I had to buy a brand-new TV out of my pocket..... So why am going to pay for something I did not even use it was the worst service ever and you ruined my credit score spectrum ruin my goal for buying a house this is an old photo from last year... So don't get nothing from Spectrum they will be scamming people from there mistakes...
