WOW! You were spot on about there being no place like home! I can not imagine going off the road- full-time RVers for 15 years, I don't want a house, land, or anything that binds me. I love the freedom we have. You have shown us some amazing things this past year and we greatly appreciate it, but watching you back on the water, you are home! Thank you.

So great to be back on the water with you! I always feel like I am there. Though I can't hold my breath that long when I dive with you, I did find myself trying! I get to travel without worrying about flights and passports and VISAs and who's going to take care of my cats. But watching the sunset over the water makes me really want to be there.
Watching one of your videos is always refreshing and now I’ve been around long enough, that it feels like home the most when I’m coziest up watching your latest adventure

That looks like so much fun! We never chartered either. Just couldn't stomach the cost. A boat provides such a different experience from entering a location from the water and not a car to dinghy adventures and even life at a marina or on the hook. We are just trying to figure all this out but a getaway like that sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing :)

I did two charters in the past (planning to do more), one with 10, the other with 9 people. We chartered a cat in the 45 foot range each time, for two weeks. Cost per person turned out to be in the neighborhood of a low to mid price all inclusive vacation of a similar duration in the same area. One charter was in Turkey, sailing east from Marmaris to Kekova and back, the other was in the Windward Islands, sailing south from Martinique, the southernmost tip of our trip was in Carriacou, saying hi to Rick Moore, then returning and spending the night in Union Island...

My girlfriend and I live in Shanghai, we were in the exact marina you chartered your boat from June 1 and headed across to Naka Island (straight across from the Marina) I have been trying to convince my GF about sailboat living for nearly a year. It would be amazing to catch up for a coffee for advice. By coincidence I used to work with Seth Hines who you know from H&H. Cheers. Most importantly Thailand is amazing as is all of Asia, so much culture, history, social experiences. It is wonderful.
Phang Nga Bay is one of the most beautiful places ever. I am a regular visitor to Thailand and often privately hire a boat for day trips in the bay, mostly away from the regular tourist haunts. Stunningly majestic place. Nikki, love the new hair cut too 😊😊😊😊
My wife and i bare boat charted three times, BVI, Granada and Antigua. If u time it right u can get some pretty good prices, around $6k for a week. Can't wait to do it again! Too bad none of our friends are interested in sailing would with help with the cost😂
What a wonderful place to charter! Those island/outcroppings always remind me of James Bond films. I chartered in the BVI in 1989. Made to the Bitter End area. Beautiful, but this tops it. As a resident of Wisconsin I’ll have to check out charters on the lakes. Thanks for the tips and Happy Anniversary to you!

Happy Anniversary, and love the haircut! We were in Koa Samoi for snorkeling several years back, and also was monsoon season with very cloudy water. We were told it was due to the recent storms kicking up silt. Can't wait to see you guys exploring the area with the new boat!

I've never been to Thailand but from what I have seen it is beautiful, landscape-wise. Nice pictures you have made here and I agree that you must be my favourite sailvloggers here on YT! I especially loved your blogs in the Pacific with the dive shots underwater and the whales. I hope you might do something similar once more in the future when you have gotten your own new boat.
