Thank you for this but if the rapid strep is negative, no culture is needed. This is what the guidelines say due to the sensitivity and specificity being so high. I am a practicing physician.

Because the only thing it could possible be is strep? PCR/lab test could reveal another pathogen to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment. But I also treat patients, not a lab sticks. And thank you for the critique of the patient interview, as the purpose here was to demonstrate the usefulness of the software. But what do I know I'm just an NP. Keep practicing, one day you'll get there.

Freed is designed to work alongside every EHR via the copy-paste functionality. After a patient visit, Freed's AI will transcribe, structure, and format a completed SOAP note. You can then easily copy the whole note or sections of it and paste it into your EHR. Hope this helps!
