Carter worth is wrong more times than not. This time is no different. If you own aapl why would you sell it all just to avoid a potential 10% pullback? Then are you supposed to buy it back? There are tax implications to those moves and unless you think aapl is tanking down 30-50% it's just not worth all the trouble
I just watched him on CNBC saying that Apple is now 'safe' investment. "A place to be if one wants to be anywhere", he said referring to Apple stock. I suppose he did call the $20 or so drop from mid-August until today.
Apple products are never in stock at the apple stores or other retailers. They have a huge supply chain issue. I’d be surprised if their numbers continue to look good.

I have been sent a notification by apple that my icloud storage is full, and that I should upgrade. Their is a little red dot on my 'services' icon that is driving me nuts. I do not now how to clean up my icloud storage, my ipad is also saying..hey dude...you're not backed up. How many other people right now are about to upgrade your icloud storage? That translates into more services revenue.
How can we listen to all these comments on the individual stock ? As the commentator himself has said. There are abt 40 to 50 analysts following the stock of Apple as it is one of the biggest stock in the S&P. All have the accessibility to the same infor n data and more or less using the same analysis method. But among these analysts, their prediction can be as low as $140 to as high as $220 within a year. With such a huge predictive gap, it become meaningless.
We all have something to learn from everyone. An analyst’s analysis is never meaningless. Try to understand how they came to their conclusions and why.

Believe this at your own peril. Most of these people say things like this to swing the market which in turn translates to their personal gains. This is a zero sum game and you could lose all. Make more thorough researches before investing or better still, get a fin. advisor. Comparing charts and not looking at the quality of the business is just poor stock picking. Apple has unrivaled margins and customer loyalty compared to most of the stocks in the 'QQQ'. Look at where the company will be in 5 years, not 5 days..
No it’s not. It’s called technical analysis and the performance of a company is called fundamental analysis and both of which are equally important but each is more important depending on if you’re a trader or investor. You also have to understand these are traders so that 5 days matters more to them as they trade options which have expiration dates and that’s where technical analysis matters more to them than fundamentals. Apple’s earnings have fallen substantially two quarters in a row and it’s incredibly overbought and due for a massive pullback. Now is it a good company? Yes obviously, it’s the single biggest company in the world currently with a $2.75trillion market cap but it’s due for a massive pullback which is coming this week.
This aged well. Video was posted Aug 18, 2022. AAPL hit 176 that day. I’m watching again Nov 11, 2022, it hasn’t been as high since. Aug 18 was a peak. It closed at $149.70 today.
What a dumb analysis, that's like comparing Tesla to the QQQ. That's the whole point of investing in individual stocks. Try comparing Invitae or Teladoc to the QQQ! Does that mean the QQQ should crash? I am not an apple fan, and if apple crashes it will not be because of some chart comparisons, it will be due to issues with manufacturing.

When you know Warren Buffett is buying Apple stocks at these prices he doesn’t care too much about the prices. He cares about the value of the company. So he must be thinking of very long term. He wants to own something valuable. Yes agree, barish on the stock but definitely not the company.
I should have listened to this *CHART MASTER* dude and taken action last week, but I finally relented, selling all my AAPL (about 1384 shares) at about $169/share this morning (made about +$23K in AAPL alone, in past 3 weeks since I bought in, could have made about $3K or more additional had I heeded this guy's warning and sold last week!)....gonna let the proceeds/capital gains from this trade sit in my trading account's money market so I can readily gobble up AAPL shares again sometime at the end of this year- hopefully AAPL's share price will drop significantly by then?~ LOL

Haste makes waste. Don’t jump on any hype stocks. If they’re already hyped then you missed it. Don’t worry about all the buys you missed, you only need a few well placed ones to come through
If you are not conversant with the markets, your best bet is to get you some kind of advise or assistance from a consultant/investing coach. It might sound basic or generic, but getting in touch with a consultant was how I was able to stay afloat the market and raise my portfolio to about 62% since Jan. For me, its the most ideal way to jump into the market these days...
@@vanesseparker1619 My consultant is Janet Young Kang I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care supervision. I basically follow her trade pattern and haven’t regretted doing so
Do not listen to them, I have been holding Apple for a long time, I remember one of them by the name of “Guy” in 2019 said sell Apple, I was new at the time but I believed in its fundamentals and held them all, those shares have almost tripled excluding dividends and I am so happy for not listening to them, and this chart master is wrong %90 of the time! I was in the local Apple store last Saturday. It was packed to the gills on an average Saturday in August. I was waiting to pick up an order. In that time they sold half a dozen Airpods from the stack sitting in front of me. Anecdotal yes, but seems like a decent enough indicator to me.

I sold a big chunk of my Apple stocks in 2016, expecting the end of iPhone fever. Regretting since then… I had to buy back the stocks at a higher price. Apple is the most innovative and well organized company in the world, they will always innovate their way out. My advice to people is, don’t listen to these fund managers who sound like experts on charts, they would never make any good returns by investing Apple after iPhone launch, or Tesla before 2018, or AMD when it was $11.

No mention of their future plans in ads, EVs, etc. Also, they have the biggest exposure in China due to their supply chain is heavily dependent, and not sure that is a good play short term given the tensions.
I bought mine 25 years ago. Never sold never bought more. I'm prepared for a total loss of 50%. Good thing I'm usually wrong. I've read some economics and history, but mostly politics and philosophy. Knowing politics and buying lots of good cheap used books (one or 2 at a time) for reference is the key. Look poor be rich. Folk talk about investing in these things. If you don't generally know all of these things choosing just one of them sounds like bragging. Or the mistake of a life time. You missed Apple except it. You missed Walmart. You missed McDonalds. You missed Amazon. My computer has an on/off button colored the same as the computer itself. It's hard to find. My computer needs a new password every 3 months. Why do something so dumb. Keep in mind these are the designed by smart highly paid people. This is what you need to know: CNBC and CNN are corrupt.
