Who Am I? In Vedic Sanatan Dharma, there are various schools of thought regarding this fundamental question. And outside Vedic Sanatan Dharma also there are different opinions on this. Indian Philosophy can be divided into two categories: Vaidik and Avaidik.
Both-Vaidik and Avaidik are further divided into six parts each. Avaidik Philosophy are-Charvak, Boudh (has 4 subdivisions) and Jain. Vaidik Philosophy are-Mimamsa, Vedant, Nyaya, Vaisheshik, Sankhya and Yog.
In this episode, Swamiji explains the Charvak school of thought regarding the question “Who am I?”

Charvak's philosophy if applied in social life, will ruin a family. Logically one will be self centred and wont care for the rest of the family members and other persons in the society. Other social sciences and ethical values will be of no use to a Charvak follower, thus the social relationships will be ruined. Nicely explained. Radhey Radhey Swamiji. 🙏
