@@PurerockSmokinBBQandMETAL Yeah I like it. Porsche made sportscars in Miami Blue. If you search for that you can see a lot of photos of that color. It has a unique tinge to it. I guess a bit greenish blue.
Love the way the selector switch automatically splits the humbuckers when you select the middle position giving you the two outside coils with the push/pull down and then the two inside coils when it’s up. Great tones all round. Oops got that wrong other way round, inner coils with switch down outer coils when switch is up.

I had an Ibanez RG RG565 which I ended up selling because I couldn't get good sustain from it while using Floyd Rose bridge. I have high hopes from this Charvel San Dimas HH Fr guitar. I found the Ibanez necks to be too slim for my taste. I am sure, Alder is a much better alternative to Basswood. Any tips for getting great sustain from this guitar? Thank you so much. Best regards
i heard that charvel belongs to fender now. guitsr tone is ... not chnged that much. i am a fan of jackson charvel. i just love the guitar tone. now a days, ibanez guitar is everywhere. honest with you, i dont know why those great guitarists play ibanez much. to me. ibanez doesnt have colors from sounds. i can feel just like resonances from charvel though. i have jackson soloist almost same specs as charvel in this video. i will prepare video clips for youtube, so people can feel old great guitar sound , jackson soloist, just like this charvel. i found so much simiarities in tones beween my soloist, and this charvel.

i would swap the bridge with sophia 2.92 bridge ( floyd rose bridge ) for stable tuning while in gig and recording , it improved my guitar tone really well
@damonthegnomeoftonechivers It's set up ,action is on the higher side of average. It's very weird. I love the guitar except for that 12th fret. Oh, and if I tune to Eb, it sounds normal. Only does it on that one fret and only in standard tuning.
The clean/ crunch/ lead sounds with the talking are a mic‘ up Bassman. Sm 58 into a Focusrite ISa one preamp into the claret. Also has a Warm audio La2 and Eqp1 eq in the insert. The play alongs are straight into the isa one, again with the compressor and eq in the insert, and then the interface with Amplitube 5. All mixed and eq/reverb/ limiting in T Racks. Phew!😝😂🎸🎶
