This limited edition Charvel® Super-Stock DKA22 HH 2PT EB comes with an arch body is fashioned from alder and features an elegant black gloss finish. The bolt-on caramelized maple "speed" neck has graphite reinforcement, a silky-smooth hand-rubbed urethane finish, and is topped by a 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard with comfortable rolled edges, 22 jumbo frets and crème dot inlays. Guitar looks great. It is essentially MIM version of the Charvel Rick Graham DK24 MIJ for $1300 less. The QC for Fenders Ensenada factory is poor. Make sure to get this guitar checked out before you take it home. Just had to have my new Charvel serviced for ground issues.

So far in my experience, the MIM Charvels have been more consistent than the MIM Fenders I have played. However, there are always things you need to be on the lookout for!

@dannyllerenatv8635 Yes agreed. I had to take in my MIM charvel bc of cold solder issue. Guitar center fixed it for free.

Bought it pretty much as soon as I saw it, it just looked like the perfect everything guitar. Now it’s my main corporate guitar. It’s also super small and comfortable to sit on the couch with it and practice. And this is my second Charvel. Thanks Charvel for these incredible instruments!

Fender has done some amazing things with Charvel/Jackson. They were always my favorite guitars and I was worried back in 2002 when they were bought out. But dang, they play better than ever right out of the box now.

It looks like the usual Gotoh non locking trem they use regularly except with vintage saddles. You actually get a gig bag with this one too which is a change.

IMO having a tremolo and shredder profile is pointless with only 22 frets.

I mean, it makes sense given that the 22 and 24 fret neck pup sound different. It fills a gap in the market, though I'd prefer if it had an FR instead of the 2PT
