This brings me back to my mum when she got it. Honestly when you hear that one “C word” you instantly think of the worst. This storyline is going to really speak to people who have been thru it and have been affected by it. Good on emmerdale for doing it.

@@kelseymac92Oh Dear God. Praying for you bae! On US Soaps like General Hospital, Guiding Light and The Young & The Restless characters had Breast Cancer and one was a doctor and one was a nurse.

I hope that this inspires women to do a Mammogram. I get one every two years and I am fine. I have to be careful because folks on My Father's Side had cancer and died from Emphesyma, Breast and my father died of Lung Cancer due to his Cigarette smoking he started in 1956 at 15.

Lucy absolutely nailed this scene, and once again it's good they're doing this kind of storyline to help raise awareness and crucially give women the courage in seeking immediate help.

" I haven't felt lucky for couple of yesrs if am honest" well no Chas thats because of your affair with Al and you manipulated everyone so they got away from you. But the cancer is NOT your fault and you don't deserve that despite everything. I hope we see Lucy who plays Chas act this one out amazingly like she did with the baby loss storyline ❤

No, lumps can be serious. They can be a sign of breast cancer. Also, if there is a family history of breast cancer then you have to be very cautious so you should NEVER ignore a lump
