This interview popped up. Interesting that Chase was surprised his first Cup win was at a road course. Six road course races later, he has won four of the six.
The implications of this win. (These are pretty obvious) -Chase has the opportunity the enter the 2019 all stars without the open (no more having to rely on fans) -Chase is locked into the Chase (Can't find a good pun) with a win -Hendrick's 250th win -Chevrolet gets their first win since the Daytona 500 for this season. (2 in total) Now on to Michigan. Not really sure how these young guns especially Chase are going to handle this next race. Last time they were there, they didn't get there A game on.
Chase wins! Awesome!!!........Brian France loses. Hope that S.O.B. stays away from NASCAR for good. He's been a black eye for the sport since he took over in 2003.
All of my favorite drivers all time have 2 things in common 1st they are class individuals and 2nd very talented racers and those would be Dale Earnhardt NASCAR's greatest driver ever Dale Earnhardt Jr and chase Elliott
I wish Eric Jones got this type of treatment when he got his win.. It's so annoying the NASCAR themselves plays favorites in their coverage of what goes on. Good job Chase for winning. Hopefully NASCAR's coverage become less biased at some point.
Hey NASCAR are you going to keep a DUI serial offender in charge of your organization? For any organization to keep someone who clearly has no concern for the safety of other drivers, vehicle passengers or pedestrians at the helm seems irresponsible in the extreme.
