I won't forget how my daddy chose a 1992 chevy silverado over me and my mama right after i was born. i try to be like him, and so after destroying my gums as a Skol taste-tester and dirt examiner, i did what we would have done. i bought his car from him after he got fired for indecent exposure at a minor league baseball game and my wife, who was 18 at the time, said "it's either me or the truck!!!!" and i took the truck (which i called "The Dragon" after the time i was draggin my friends in da mudd with it) off a sweet jump down by Steward's Gully. had to put her down by leaving her outside the woods where Bryant shot that two-headed deer. i miss that truck some times, i am very glad that chase rice understands the pain and pride that comes with loving one of them automobile. 10/10 would look at my truck

I grew up riding shotgun, now I drive it. she's nothing special, but she's everything

2006 Toyota Tacoma, I've named him Joker Yota. He really sticks with the name haha. Anyways I know it's not the truck that most go after but he's been with me since my grandparents got him. After my grandfather passed away the truck became mine because I pretty much gave up most of my life to help them when they needed it, still do for my grandmother. The truck hasn't put me in a bad spot yet. Only issues he had would be battery gone bad or a broken tail/headlight but that can be replaced. Family cannot, but best part about having your own truck? Making memories out of them and those memories will forever stay with you. It doesn't matter what brand of truck you have, if you know how to take care of it, it'll treat you right as well as you have.

I had a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd single cab black. Had big 34 inch mud tires lifted 5-1/2 inches in total. Truck had loud pipes on it you can hear me from 2 miles away. I called it “The Raven” after the poem because of being a black truck I even had “The Raven” on my back window. That truck was my baby my go to vehicle. I had that truck since I was 16 and through out high school.I put many miles on it. I ended up totaling that truck at 22 going to work one morning some guy didn’t see me coming end up t-boned my driver side. I was really mad because this was my baby I had the truck for 6 years built a true friendship with it. I got it home that same day I ended up letting it out I cried my eyes off because I knew it was a goner from the beginning. I didn’t want to eat or sleep that day or do anything anymore. They came and took the truck 2 weeks later. I was seriously devastated seeing it go for the last time. 3 days later I got a new truck a 2017 Silverado 1500 crew cab 4wd “True North” edition black in color I knew for a fact I was naming this after my single cab “The Raven” naming this one “The Raven Mark 2”
