There are very strict tenant and landlord regulations that will definitely resolve this issue. First of all that landlord can not enter your property without permission or appointment. You would think Natasha would be able to handle this a little differently. Chase shouldn't approach her personally. He should send her a certified letter expressing his concerns and take her to court for hindering and interfering with his business and clients . The state will request complaints from every tenant, pass and present and the lease agreement. The state will handle this investigation and charge her for any illegal harassment. A skilled attorney will sue them for more money than the complex is worth
