I want to clarify that this was about the first 8 minutes where he was blaming his team about gens while he walked around opening chests and looking for ruin. Later in the game he did go on a long chase, just felt a little hypocritical that he sometimes blames teammates while he himself sometimes isn't actively doing something to win

Yeah you're right. The biggest trap is investing too much into hunting down hex-ruin. Ruin isn't what it used to be, it's not worth having everyone hunting for it. I've lost too many games falling into that trap and so now I just basically pretend that there is no ruin and focus gens.

MrKrazygamer13 He still could've done the three others... He wasn't chased at all during that time and didn't really save anyone either. It was just time wasted entirely. Also, if you haven't been updated yet, ruin got completely reworked. It doesn't affect gens at all when you're just sitting on them. So it's really not a huge priority anymore. That loss was completely on him, imo

He’s not concerned with winning if he’s already done his part. He’s won for himself already as you can see in the end results. To secure a double pip the rest of the team needs to have been doing their part.

Second pip is dependent on 3 survivors doing gens properly. But we can see only one was able to do them properly. So much so he had extra time after having done his share to search for the totem since he had secured his points.

Thats how a team works if you even understand that term. A team isnt always *oh everyone rush to the hooked guy* its supposed to be that everyone is doing something useful. Getting ruin is a great example to stop the regress when helping a teammate and i dont think i need to explain that even further. Also 1 is doing gens and the other is trying to save ths hooked brat. Saklotas by the looks of it, you must be a friend of the streamer or in love with him trying to cover for him, let me explain to your dumbass, you got 4 people in a team, everyone should be on gens, one person gets hook, then someone saves him while the other 2 are on gens, however what has happened there is one got hooked, someone went to do the save, the other was getting interrupted from doing gens,...the streamer saying I haven’t been hooked, was running around in circles saying do gens guys, yet all he did was run around and do nothing, he got on a gen then stops and runs around for no reason saying do gens...during that time he was running around saying do gens, he could have done 3 gens, and atleast 2-3 of them could have escaped....so shut up saklotas...stop trying to sound smart when you stupid...

Saklotas I don’t hate the streamer or anything bad, I think his good at the game, but that game he just played was terrible...I don’t care who a streamer is, but if it’s terrible playing, I will call it out, if it’s good, then I will commend it...

@@wesleyg4310 Here without any kind of insulting: True was running around the map knowing that Ruin was in the game, which meant that any skill check that wasn't perfect was a halt or regress of the gen, a singel survivor takes 80 seconds to make a gen, enough to get at least 8 skill checks, each failed skillcheck halts the gen for either 2 and a half second, or deleted 5% of the progress, which can stretch these 80 seconds to easily over 100, which in a high tier game he usually plays in, can cost the team the game. Now onto his reason why he was saying to do gens: True had a perk which allowed him to see all objects in a radius of 32meter for 3 seconds when a gen is done, which means that he can easily target any totem he can see around him if a gen was done. Now obviously no gen other than the ones he made were done, which means that he was forced to walk around aimlessly in search for Ruin. Facit: True was trying to be helpful to the team, actually was the only one who did 2 gens and even saved others as well, he wasn't wrong when he said that the other teammates were chilling, because they really didn't do their best job on this map. PS: This comes from someone who played while Ruin was still a very potent perk, I have no clue if it was nerfed or not.

@@MrKrazygamer13 oh shhsss, you another idiot trying to cover for him being a bad team mate there..First of all he had a perk to see the totems, he used it after the first perk, saw 3 totems, ran to the 3 totems, then the other team mates were being chased, hooked and attacked..He started a gen, then stopped then ran around then started another gen the stopped then ran around, the whole time saying that the team mate do gens, while they being attacked and saving each other, regardless whether he had a perk and time it takes, he could have completed 3 gens, and they could have escaped, he played badly in that game and you are an idiot if you think otherwise...instead of running around expecting the team to be doing gens, while they being attacked, then do a gen yourself. Any average or high ranked team mate will tell you that was real bad sportsmanship there...if you think im wrong, simply scroll through the comments and you will see alot of people think the exact same thing as me..

They need help yes, but if they were overpowered that would just be dumb - since there would not be a skillgap between killers, every killer would be good which would be boring - there needs to be room for the skill of the killer to matter, a lot of people make it sound as if playing killer was hard, it's not hard - it's just frustrating, it's not the same thing. If you make it too easy it will be boring, the key is too make it LESS frustrating and of course reducing gen speed would help with that. But making killers just down everyone easily and blah blah it's a terrible idea.

@@CrimsonHeart3 Well it impossible to make that determination if the balance philosophy is all over the place and never consistent. What determination, hard , easy, frustrating or skillful if the game can just change one thing and f'up each of those Categories. Not only that, you also have multiple views on those categories per platform (Console to PC).

I mean if a huge timer which pops up, all the gens being done and the exit gate locations revealed are not enough.

Psycolen I’m not saying he shouldn’t drop pallets I’m just saying the chase wasn’t that intense because he rarely tried to take advantage of the resources and loop them but instead would just insta drop them. What makes a chase intense in my opinion is more when a survivor is greedy and has gotten away with it. There isn’t much skill to just dropping the pallet when you get there. Hopefully that makes sense.

Tru3 isn't the right person to watch if you're trying to learn how to loop. His survivor play is decent at best and there are so many better content creators to watch who can teach you so much more (Ardetha, Zubat, Ayrun, Ussylis, The JRM and that's just a few to name.)

He barely loops pallets and sits at them waiting for a stun. he’s mediocre at best.

Wym he consistently runs killers around very well in many of his videos using all the map resources. He loops like that bc it’s his style and it may be a bit different, but it’s rather effective/smart IMO. idk how u say it’s mediocre when his chases constantly saves the trial. Even tho he doesn’t use fancy 360’s like Ussylis or Others, he def runs tiles correctly most of the time and it may differ from how u do it. Just in my experience, using his style it’s been easier to see the killers potential angles and choke points bc I’m no longer out position. And this is at red ranks.

@@mattwoo556 Yes, he runs killers around alright, but he should be able to do so much better. Tru3 has been playing for long enough that he should know how to run killers effectively and better than he does now. I don't know how you can say that he's above average, but you probably only watch Tru3 and people who are equally as mediocre as him. If you knew anything about the game, from the killer side or the survivor side, you would easily be able to see the mistakes he makes constantly. Not to mention he is the most self-centred and cocky prick ever yet he has little to no skill to back up what he says. If you think he's a good survivor, I feel bad for you.

But he played terribly as well? He did two generators neither of them solo and idled for about 8 minutes looking for a ruin that is a shadow of its former self that really isn't good unless you're comboing it with surveillance. To top it all off. He spent the entire game crying about his team when he could have easily did 4 generators in the time it took him to finally find ruin after running around downstairs repeatedly around the same three totems.

Austin Bisson I’m rank 1 survivor and rank 3 killer. If I see any Claudette or a key holder they are getting mori’d. But if I see multiple Claudette or key holders I bring the eboni mori out.

Sadly I’m considering starting to do that. It’s getting rough out here for a rank 1 killer and some survivors don’t seem to have any empathy so I might as well treat them the same.
