We start the day at the Chasewater Railway to video their Coal Train event. There were four locomotives in steam.

These locos performed magnificently as the video shows and thanks to the Chasewater Team and especially the drivers for putting on a great show.
Incidentally, if you have not visited the Chasewater Railway I would thoroughly recommend that you do as the majority of the line has a path beside it providing maximum photographic opportunities.
After leaving the Chasewater we pick up at Lichfield Trent Valley an interesting ECS movement consisting of two Class 47s hauling the Statesman stock.
Finally, we go to Wingfield Tunnel on the Derby to Chesterfield line to video the returning Peaks Express hauled by Jubilee No. 45627 'Sierra Leone'.
A Kingsbury bound oil train hauled by a Class 60 completes the day.
