In this video from Glencoe Photography, Karl Griffin chaises the light in #glencoe . With drone footage, tips, and thoughts of Karl. #landscapephotography #highlands
Karl, thank you for these informative videos. My wife and I are currently in Glencoe from South Africa for some landscape photography. Yes, we have spent tha last couple of days chasing the light and dodging the rain up and down the glen. We also found the "wandering" light to create some amazing scenes on the mountains and learnt quickly to use them. Hopefully our images will look as good as yours. Thanx again.
Great vlog and photos Karl. It’s handy having the drone to take photos if you need a different perspective. I’ll have to get back up soon as that was the best roll on sausage I’ve ever had at your cafe.
Nice work Karl. You are so right about the light just hang around 5mins spot on. The last photo is a winner. Can you tell me wether the bluebells have come out at St Johns Church? I am planning to head back again next year and would like to time it right. Thanks Wayno
Thanks Wayne. I’m afraid the blue bells were not as good this year. They are biannual so hopefully next year most of them will be out. They’re well over now , probably at their best about start of May. Hope that helps.
