Storylines are great at hitting the exhilarating high points of big hookups and while also sharing insights into the experience like wahoo problems, pre-fishing w/ Dan, trading w/ locals, absurdly expensive sat tags, dealing w/ long lines, exercising on deck, and seeing meaningful, long-term relationships come full-circle! Love it.
We've been running the stopper just above all our lures on Mono since the early 1980's We not only have Wahoo's but Kingfish and Cudas would cut them off. We don't get Blues much bigger than 6 to 8 hundred pounds here but you hate to loose your favorite or lucky lure because of the toothy critters out there. Love watching your videos and your Mother Ship is one Beautiful lady. Keep Livin the Dream guys.

Great fishing..... VERY POOR releases. Never leave a hook and length of leader in a fish's mouth IT DOES NOT rust out! I have caught 623 species. Remove hooks by using a rod with a U shaped tip that you slide into the bend of the hoo. Pull the leader to keep hook eye and shank straight and give the rod a short sharp shovel and your hook will come out. Come on guys...the commercial crowd are slaughtering our resources.
