The reason I watch is I find you so relatable. I can do a 43 min 10km so it should be achievable but the two just don't correlate! Also Alvaston (in Derby) is a fast flat parkrun which is where I will be trying my next sub 20 attempt
Nah, come on. Don't do him dirty at Alvaston when Long Eaton is just down the road. Although, you're less likely to have to deal with people walking on the front row of Alvaston :D
Well done, Andy! I'm aiming to beat PB 39.18 😂😂😂. Cheering you on from down here in Trentham, Upper Hutt, New Zealand. Local course Trentham Memorial Park.
Looked like a better course than when I was there in August. Once everyone got started there wasn’t much opportunity to overtake with all the out and back running sharing the same paths. Nice time for that course.
Andy will definitely get a sub-20 in Worthing. Straight out and back, so 1 turn and no weaving, and max elevation is about 1 metre! He needs to pick a day when it isn’t blowing a gale though.
Andy I just got an idea for you to break sub 20 in a Park run........take Daysi with you man. With your dog pulling you fast onward may get you a PB. try it man. Inga DK;
Everyone always mentions the Arbo, the 3 laps thing does put me off slightly. I've never tried Cannon Hill either - maybe worth a punt. I think edgbaston is the quickest one in Brum, but I've already f*cked that one up 😂
