You can only "jump" before the Phantom comes out by sliding off of ledges or platforms, and you keep holding the stick forward. The other is a teleport cancel, it's very specific, and that's why I only do it on the BF or PS2 platforms like you see in the video, or the double jump method facing inwards (watch the clips).

@@user-nz1cp6yd2x Nothing you said was offensive. 🤷♂My main language isn't English either. If you feel you're not making progress, I don't think learning teleport cancel will help, it's just for fun or aesthetic mostly. I play Zelda the way I enjoy, not "optimal".
