He played all Zildjian for Hate Eternal, guess his cymbal setup for this tour was a little less choosey.

Doesn't sound too crappy to me, although he probably deserves the endorsement, he doesn't really NEED it for a good sound :D

+ChaosPotato Also a fair chance he'd turn down an endorsement so that can play whatever he likes. Bryan Fajardo's always done the same.

I choose cymbal based purely on sound and build quality. Zildjian or Istanbul for Ride, Wuhan or Sabian for China, Sabian for Crashes, Meinl for effects, Istanbul or Sabian for Hi Hats. Really though, TRX has the best of everything id say.

He sure makes them sound good.

the fact that Rhythm based video games dominated Japanese arcades in the past 20 years or so probably helps a lot with that. That's definitely where I got my timing from when I was younger.

Not everyone understands time signatures. But if you can count 7/8 you should be fine!

Because of the differing music styles. Unfortunately. And it's pretty sad because all Cooper does is covers. This guy is making it possible for bands to tour who would otherwise be relegated to the studio due to a lack of capable extreme metal drummers.

because endorsements are based on how much exposure you can give the product and "Cooper" or whoever he is has an absoute ton of views and subscribers.

i was thinking the same, once just for curiosity i checked like the requirements to be sponsored by zildjian and the first thing is exposure, and a lot of people watching you playing their cymbals, its crap really, another example is the drummer of archspyre , last time i watched his kit he had cracked cymbals, a mixup of drumheads, and he is fast and technical as fuck, like you said that fucker cooperfucker has a lot of videos, and a lot of subscribers and a lot of free time doing covers and zero creativity to create something like this, these drummers are to busy touring and writing

ficco and chason best faceless setup IMO. i agree with comment above, chason could be in any band in the world and i would listen.

burning the masses is a dope band but they probably wont drop a new album just enjoy what they did put out

If you really wanna get into it like that, ALL of the faceless has been because of Keene. He’s the primary song writer and has been the only permanent member. All though it’s a double edged sword because yeah.. nobody wants to play with him it seems. He single handedly made the faceless what they are. In good and bad ways.

+Does it look like I care I thought so too but my band opened for them and he's a super chill guy. Gave us all free sweater, shirts, CD's and stickers. I asked the vocalist and previous drummer and they said he's not at all what the media protrais him as.

I was told personally by an ex band member, keene does not give a lot of freedom when it comes to contributing
