I would go more for the tilt and less for the stear :) .. sorry, I didn't notice bearing housings,.. it will tilt on them, but than your wheels will be "vertical" like on normal trike, you lose gyroscopic efect which helps your stability because wheels don't tilt with you.. maybe you could atach gyroscope to the stearing wheel.. usualy on tilting trikes a-arms are atached to the fixed part of chasis and shocks on a swilg if shocks are also fixed, than you must have free flow of fluid between them so they wouldn't disturb the tilt. maybe you could just fix the upper a-arms on the frame the same as lower arms?
It should tilt up to 21 degrees. If I mounted the rod ends horizontally it would limit the steering angle to 21 degrees. And that wouldn't be enough to have a tight turning circle. For example: gamedev.stackexchange.com/questions/50022/typical-maximum-steering-angle-of-a-real-car Most cars have a maximum steering angle between 30 and 60 degrees. Can you explain more about the fluid flow between the shocks?
how much does it tilt? asking because of the ball joints, maybe they should be mounted horizontaly? also, if there is no flow of fluid between shocks, it will not tilt freely
