on the topic of what you said on relationships: My POV is that people change all the time, including you & I. Without change, life is boring. But I think the beauty of a long-term relationship is that both parties will love & support each other as they both grow with those changes :-)

Yeah definitely! I should have clarified that I was thinking specifically about negative change, because of course positive change is a natural and good thing. I’ve seen so many situations where people changed negatively so that’s why that was mainly on my mind. Love u, my self help queen 😩💓

Here’s my motivation to wake up early (especially Winter time), we only get daylight for a short period of time and I don’t want to waste my day in bed. I need to be productive as much as I can. I know it’s difficult but that’s the only way we can do. 😭😭😭 For the sleep schedule, what I do is I will make myself tired for the entire day and will be able to sleep early. No caffeine starting 4pm onwards and always go for a walk. ✨ I hope that helps! ❤️
