Don't think it's very good, since it only has data until 2021. Things have changed a lot since then.

Have you tried it or is that just a guess? I have used these hashtags and they worked really well. I see what you're saying but keywords (aka hashtags) don't really change too much, so as long as you have a tool to filter out any small ones or banned ones it works well

I want to use Flick for the functionality but don't want to upgrade my instagram to a business account as it may effect my reach (i'm an online personal trainer, not a huge business), what do you recommend?

Hmm so for this specific use case I mentioned in the video you could audit the hashtags without needing to connect your IG account. However you would miss out on the hashtag ranking data, analytics on content, etc so its a tricky one. Instagram do say there is no difference in reach so I would suggest going as a creator or business account
