On ne comprend rien ! Vous parlez quelle langue ??? De l'écossais ? Et c'est très mal filmé, on ne voit jamais une pièce entière, pas vu la cuisine. Je pense que pour une propriété de ce prix, le minimum c'est d'avoir quelqu'un qui présente le bien en parlant distinctement, soit en anglais ou en français avec éventuellement des sous-titres et qui se tient devant la propriété et pas un gars devant ses guitares qui n'ont rien à voir avec l'objet en question.
