One year I spent Halloween in Tarrytown, upstate NY and it was incredible ! The way every single house and garden was decorated was amazing. We went to Sleepy Hollow, part of Tarrytown and a troup of actors read The legend of Sleepy Hollow by candlelight in the church it was wonderful. At night lots of little kids came to the house, one was dressed as Holly Golightly age 8 ! In the morning all the parents paraded their babies in strollers decorated, even the dogs were disguised ! Talk about dedication!
I live about three to four hours from Tarrytown NY and know just what you are saying! We have alot of history in the whole area! Simply lovely most any time of the year. Well, Winters things are really nice but depends on the weather at the time.

We have already packed away Halloween & are now celebrating Guy Fawkes in New Zealand. So a bonfire, barbecue, as it's Spring/Summer/Autumn.😂 The weather being very unpredictable. Oh my gosh you had me laughing from the get go you crack me up Vivienne. I loved it all! I also have followed the two girls where you went to stay for Halloween. The place is stupendous and the backyard if that's what you even call it probably not is mind blowing and how wonderful this is everyone's exeperince. SUPER Video VIVIENE costumes and atmosphere were a triumph. Pumpkins were brilliant so much talent in the carving Bowie gets more handsome in every video and so well behaved. This must be the most spectacular chateau and beautifully decorated .most of the castles and large mansion's in Scotland and England have China pantry like the one there. I've loved this video ❤.
