access to the web. I think these clever words mean
they developed it. Either way, they're rolling this out
to Plus account subscribers (for now) as we speak!

Oops sorry, I did mumble there a bit. "They still haven't rolled them out to me". ('them 'being the plugins). New video coming out in a couple of days about the plugins. No more mumbling from now on...

I just got it today but unfortunately as of right now it's not really working. It either takes a half hour to produce an answer for a very simple question, or you keep getting a message that every link it's clicking on to gain the information you need won't open. Literally haven't been able to get it to do anything for the few hours that I have it. Hope that changes because I was really looking forward to this.

Thanks for sharing that. I think they rushed this after Google’s keynote last week so we’re getting a beta but they’ll be scrambling to make it workable just to keep up with the competitor

This AI race is nuts - I just canceled GPT4 because Bard, which was a joke two weeks ago, is now amazing with its incorporating all the things Google can do, like search, maps, images etc. And now this. Ugh.

Use them both together: Copy & Paste the results from one to the other. Then ask which version do you like better, can you improve upon this etc. The results after a few iterations can be remarkable. Bard I always use to finish something factual or that needs references, whereas GPT tends to excel on creative or highly complex prompts such as: "Create a launch roadmap based on all of our previous discussions on "XYZ" and list the key positions and skills required while staying under $50,000 a month", or whatever you want to throw at it.

Haha tell me about it. I think Google's keynote last week pushed the release of this functionality in Chat GPT.

Hmm I went to settings and enabled "Browse with Bing", but it still doesn't know how to access the internet. I have chatGPT Plus, and 3.5 and 4. It can't seem to browse still even with the setting turned on.

I believe they’re having some outage issues and last time I looked there was a message saying browsing with Bing had been disabled temporarily. Not sure what’s going on there
