If it had rolled out of bounds in the end zone it would be a touchback for Chattanooga. I remember when Tyrann Mathieu from LSU did something similar in the SEC title game one year (I think).
I will give Nick Saban credit. After that Texas game I thought they weren’t gonna bounce back. But they have salvage the season. Can’t wait for them to play UGA.
I can never understand why players feel the need to let go of the ball so quickly as they cross the goal line! I've now seen this type of play in the last 2 weeks in both the NFL AND College ball!
I mean it was extremely one sided. Plus I think Chattanooga did fairly well considering that they had the same loss margin as the uconn huskies lost to Tennessee
@@FordFitness334 Auburn beat Mississippi State (who will beat Ole Miss next week). Tf are you talking about hater? Auburn gonna beat the dogshit out of Alabama. Get ready to taste that L loser. I’ll be back
This stuff is crazy these players do. We were taught to run to the back of the end zone with the football, not drop it at the entry line of the endzone... crazy. Really wish Ty would have secured the TD. Next time run through young man!
@@darthconquerusRight! What’s going on with these kids? Maybe it’s because of their short attention span? It causes them to lack attention to details? Whatever it is, it needs to be ”cease and desist “; it’s embarrassing. Kids gotta act like they’ve been there before 💯
@@justinwright4276 This has been going on for a long time. It's not something new. Type "Dropping the ball before the endzone" into the search bar and you will see many players have done it.
@@London_Productionsuga has a better resume without question no doubt, let’s not forget bama scheduled texas for sure but they sure didn’t win, maybe if y’all woulda beat texas y’all would have a better resume but that’s the way the cookie crumbles🫡 oh and y’all have struggled more than uga has
@@cunningstunt69 but if u compare to Uga bamas schedule is way harder. They have both played some powers in the sec like ole miss. But as for Bama they had to play lsu and Texas. While also being in the west side of the sec which is way harder to win than the east.
People saying Alabama shouldn’t have played a powder puff team, they got $600,000 for doing this and helped their recruiting stats so it benefited them WHICH IS A GOOD THING!
@@DivinedOne You must not watch college football. You normally don't play a big name school on Homecoming or Senior Day. Putting 66 points on the board is impressive, and the starting quarterback didn't play the whole game. This win was impressive. Also, I didn't single out this win, I believe my comment said, "The Tide is stacking up some impressive wins". If you didn't know, WINS is plural, meaning more than just this game. BAMA is trying to go to the big dance. They can't be a team like this by 7 or 14.... The committee is looking at these games. Auburn is next, then Georgia. I can't believe I'm explaining myself to someone who has never heard of Chattanooga. Bama took care of business the way they were supposed to. Like I said, "RTR"!!!🐘🏈 Now whose laughing? 😅🤣😂
I think its BS! You pay for SEC Channel but somehow this game is not on SEC which should have been instead on ESPN+ then you gotta pay for that to watch the game just whatever! It all comes down to $$$. You gotta pay for this & then this its bs!
@antonioallison9413 exactly, it's already November and we still have to watch sec powerhouses played fcs schools it's just stupid that this is allowed in the ncaa
@ 10:37.....There was Only ONE THING I NOTICED!!!!!! NEVER.....Drop The Ball!!! That's a Real Quick way to have Saban sit you down........FOREVER!!!!!!
People don’t understand that these smaller schools benefit greatly from playing a power five team. They get cut a fat check that helps their football programs.
We just saw simpsons character. Smh not only is Milroe better but he's a better teammate. Simpson did all that celebrating when he thought he scored but when his teammate scored the next play he had no excitement 😂 and yall wanted Saban to bench Milroe for this guy smh 😂😂
Yes, the necessary evil of having games like this. For many reasons we don't see behind the scenes. Money and exposure are a few. Does not really matter what the blowout score is. Because they get little to no credit for this. I would be shocked, if they moved from the 8 position. Nothing really gained here. Other than being a "tune up" game before Auburn. But, the fans are starting to respect Sabin more, as far as not leaving early in these blowout games at Bryant - Denny. That's refreshing to see today. But a game like that is not gonna be packed anyway. Not competitive enough to get that much attention. But, whatever. Roll Tide anyway!
Will someone explain to me where this stupid obsession of dropping the ball the moment you cross the goal line came from? Because I have seen far too many players do this and it’s pointless.
I attended the only high school in N C that played lacrosse. We had a midfield player that instead of cradling the ball normally he d spin it trying to be cool or something and about 50% of the time his stick would stop upside down and the ball would fall to ground. Our coach would have a Saban fit on the sidelines.
@@dragngt I appreciate it but that was about 40 some odd years ago. We'd practice 6 weeks for 3 or 4 games each year. Fork Union in VA. We played the Cidital , and Atlanta LaCrosse Club. We were ahead till 4th quarter when they put starters in. LaCrosse is fun , rough without pads and your midfield player dropping the ball. LOL. He was cool though.
It would be more interesting if the highlights included more replays and fouls explained by the referees. Replays are more interesting since everything happens so fast. For example, the reply of the QB dropping the ball before crossing the goal line. You had plenty of time to cut that reply in. Thanks.
Ty Simpson 1000% dropped the ball before he crossed the goal-line during that second to last touchdown of the game LMAO. Was a 50 point game so it wasn't a game changing call, but he definitely did the 'dropping the ball before I am in the end zone' rookie mistake Saturday special.
Yeah, it was kind of a rhetorical question...I know they do it for the payday. I watched one of my alma maters (Richmond) collect a big paycheck from my other alma mater (Michigan State) a few weeks ago!
Why do American Football 🏉 players love dropping the ball so quick after a play? Are they allergic to the ball or something? These people are even dropping it before the Touchdown 😂 first Washington Huskies, now the Alabama backup QB within a week.
It's pathetic that this late in the season and Alabama is playing Chattanooga. Georgia is right across the street. So is Florida. Play somebody. Been happening for years.
📍Bauer College of Business 📍Kenan-Flager College of Business 📍Mendoza College of Business 📍Hunt College of Business Laredooooooooooo! 📍Marshall College 📍Stern College of Business 📍Lundquist College of Business Oh Yeahhh Lanning that's right $250,000 a week FDIC ain't getting in the way of shiiiiiiiiiiiii
OMG, BAMA finds a way late in the season year after year to dominate legendary teams like chaddernoogie. Golly, is that a recipe for getting into the playoffs every year? Hmmm, never thought of that. Maybe Ohio State and Michigan could schedule Northwestern and Indiana instead of each other.
Tough ask for Chattanooga when Alabama are allowed four possessions before they even are allowed one. These college rules, always favouring Alabama, I don't know 😉
