I hope & pray that f1 family will finally move early this year2024. Final action date has been freeze March1,2012. My son has been DQ'd 4/2021 but sadly his PD remain frozen May7/2012. As saying goes "patience is the virtue" but too much waiting is draining & exhausting that can cause anxiety. I really need my son here since im getting older & tomorrow is not guaranteed.

I am f4 category and pd is 31st July 2007. Do you think my pd will be current in this year?

Any hope for EB-4 Relgious workers? That category has the relegated to the back of the line.

Unfortunately we not very optimistic and not sure the new interpretation is even correct. Congress needs to jump in here.

I can not speak for Charlie but this issue has been around for 10+ years and my view (not Charlie's is it has very little chance of enactment). So sorry.
