Aww thank you so much Elizabeth. I’m so happy to hear I have inspired you. I know exactly what it’s like to hide behind extensions as I’ve done it for years. It’s still really hard at times for me to get used to as my extensions are almost like a comfort blanket but we can do this. We can embrace our natural thin fine hair 🙌🏼❤️. Yes I’m am so much happier I feel like a weight has been lifted! No pun intended 😂 xxx

Hi Juliette, im the same weight as you.I recently had pneumonia. Since i got covid at the end of the pandemic i have had pneumonia plus double pneumonia once.Its no joke.Im only 5ft and 61 this year. I dont move much with chronic illness. Make sure you don't ignore your respiratory health. I was very lucky to have an excellent nurse at my GPs surgery. She saved me.♥️♥️♥️ You look beautiful Your hair really, really suits you.♥️

Oh Jane I’m so sorry to hear about your pneumonia! There is honestly so many nasty things and viruses going around lately. I’ve just got over norovirus which was also absolutely horrendous! Oh I wouldn’t ignore it jane, I couldn’t avoid it, it was so bad at one point but luckily it’s so much better now. Thank you so much for your kind words as always xxxx

Hi juliette losing weight is hard . I got to my perfect weight at 50 trying to maintain it since im 52 soon. . I was too thin last year due to extreme stress but bit easier on myself these days. You are doing brilliant. The gym keeps me on track xx ive always been 10 stone and few lbs . 5 foot 4 . But last year, i saw 9 stone which was the thinnest ive ever been . It was due to pure anxiety, my sister got v sick . But yes my bum went very small . As in it actually hurt me on my yoga mat .. no padding! But im now 9.12 ish its more myself and i can enjoy treats a bit more now . Anyways good job on all uve done . Ps i absolutely hate the cold too 😅

Yes, like I say it’s a bit more on the pricey side I’ve actually found it a bit cheaper on Amazon, but I can’t recommend them enough. Hi juliette just wanted to say you are looking fantastic!! I know first hand it is how hard it is to lose weight I've lost 10 stone myself no diet clubs or surgery. I done it veeerrry slowly over the course of 5 or so years I've had 4 pregnancies and maintained my weightloss. I'm joining the gym shortly more to help my anxiety as ive always found exercise to be fantastic for my mental health. Would you mind including a rough gym plan if thats not too cheeky to ask? 😊

Hi Kim! Wow 10 stone! That’s incredible no matter how long it took! It’s a very hard journey and can be really disheartening at times but we got there! Maintaining after 4 pregnancies aswell is incredible! You should be so so proud of yourself! I can’t recommend the gym enough. It can be daunting at first but I promise you. You will not regret it! And of course! I’m working with Matt to do a what I eat in a day and a gym routine to try and help. I’m also filming step classes as we speak. ❤️ hoping that will help! Xxxx

I'm focusing on strong not skinny as I'm approaching mid 40s and I want to protect my bones, my youngest is only 4 so I really want to maintain a good level of health for her. Thank you so much. So at the moment I’m using the wella fusions shampoo and conditioner which is amazing and then I use a purple shampoo every few washes. I’ve just finished the Olaplex which is great but a bit pricey. However, alternatives I love are fudge. Fanola shampoo is also good but I find can be very drying. Hope this helps xxx

Thank you so much lovely. Of course! It’s actually a vinyl! We got it from a local flooring shop though here in the Midlands but I highly recommend it. It’s a material lined vinyl so perfect for upstairs and nice and warm under foot too xxx

First of all, I have to tell you that your lash glue is a game changer for me! I'm just exploring the diy lash extension world and your stuff beats everything I have tried hands down! The lashes are gorgeous too! So that now out of the way... 😊 Ive just noticed that the dupe website is American. What was your experience with the delivery? Was it long? Also did you have to pay extra taxes on receipt? Ive hot burnt before and have not ordered from the States since. Thanks x

Ok so delivery was between 2-4 weeks some of the items came quicker than others my friend ordered some Tasman’s and they came in just under 2 weeks! I didn’t have to pay taxes no, but that’s my experience. I think alot of companies abroad now include that fee when you purchase. I’ve noticed with places like Temu and Ali express etc, it says on the invoice ”Tax” so assume that’s where you now pay it. I hope that helps! Thank you so so much again ❤️ xxx

So the Abbott lyon jewellery I find is amazing quality to say it’s not real silver and gold and only plated. I wear a lot of mine in the shower which I know I shouldn’t and haven’t had any issues with tarnishing etc. as of yet. Xxx

I’m not sure about other countries. It’s not illegal in the UK to buy them but it’s illegal to sell them in the UK so you shouldn’t buy and re sell them for example. I’m not sure how companies get away with it tbh but the laws must just be different in China xx

Hi Sandra, yes of course! So postage differs on all the items I think some people include it I. The price of the item where as some sellers price the item lower and then have a higher postage but they all kind of average out about the same so for example the postage on the snow boots were about £14/£15 but you will have your click on individual items to find the postage I’m afraid xxxx
