Back pain is the worst. If you're wanting to build muscles for sword stuff, make sure you include core/abs as well as back/shoulders. Those opposing muscles will support each other and make you less prone to injury. And turning the globe into your world sounds super cool! Can't wait to eventually see it! Just found your channel, and I'm here to stay!
Back issues suck. Sorry to hear about it. I hurt my back and I was out of work for a month. I hurt it playing in the snow with my boys. Hopefully when my shed is done ibcan do some vlogs and stuff. Great video.

@@madelinejameswrites lol. Yeah my manger at the time is a marine vet recruiter. And he gave me so much crap for throwing my back out in a snow ball fight. Lol it was fun. We had snow brick walls and we were trying to knock over each others walls. I have to admit though. It was a blast.

Interesting. I also have inattentive ADHD and back problems. I spoke with my doctor and says that they both could stem from Ehlers-Danlos Syndome. Have you informed yourself about that? Anyway don't mean to intrude too much. Keep up the good work! Really enjoy all the videos you're pumping out 😀
