In this video we show how easy it is to load a LandXML file for a road setout project using CHCNAV Landstar 8 and CHCNAV GPS receivers. The simple road setting out feature is amazingly simple yet powerful.
The XML we use comes from road design software called Road Maker. It is not c3D. It contains the vertical and horizontal alignment and the a road surface profile for every station along the road at intervals of 10 or 20m for example.
