I intentionally left the name of the first hotel out of the video. I think it’s a mom and pop owned hotel and they already had plenty of 1 star reviews. Yeah it sucked and wasn’t worth the price but I do have a soft spot for small businesses. The staff was super friendly and I don’t want anyone calling and harassing them on my account. I don’t think they should be an option on Priceline though in all honesty.
The 2nd hotel was a Staybridge in Iowa and it was really clean and nice.

It's for this reason I no longer stay in hotels/motels. If I cant get there by my rv so I can sleep in my own clean bed then I dont go. I refuse to lay in some nasty dudes nut stains. Yuck!

I was in Iraq in 2005. I can literally sleep anywhere anytime no matter how gross it is. My GF on the other hand not so much. She gets mad when I use my black light. It’s pretty gross. We tried the Skoolie thing but weren’t allowed to go to some camp grounds and then trying to keep a 30 year old school bus insured and on the road isn’t cheap sometimes. I think an rv is somewhere in our future as well. Flying has become such a headache and we never really go anywhere that isn’t within a day or 2 of driving. I’m stubborn and have yet to learn why one hotel is half the price of every other hotel in that city.
