@@psalmtree2813 highly recommend not going for a lighting go for poison best option imo and if you have one there already it's gonna stay there until it dies or leaves on it's own so i also recommend not killing it if it's low lvl just keep it there cuz milk regenerates every 30 min

Nice trap, like others I found the Wyvern ends up a bit high to access inventory but I built a small shack to the side which solves this.

I've 12K + hours in the game, never even thought about the no trap method in the cave! Brilliant. Also the simple cheap trap is great, need a close, direct, follow to be sure the wyv gets in, but the trap's so cheap, just lay a couple if you want backup :-)

Yea it works everytime for me... but try to avoid luring lightning and poison wyverns there. They got better range and can kill you in that cave.

I've used this trap before & it worked like a charm. So since it had been a while since I used it 5 months I went on crystal Isles built one & the wyverns can get out of it now

If u wait in the cave will the wyvern s eventually give up and lose agro and then you can go out?

Yea it does lose aggro.. but it comes back pretty quick. There's another exit to that cave. Head further into the cave and turn right. Then go to the end and take another right...

If you trap a female wyvern do you have to kill it or do you leave it in the trap? If you leave it in the trap will the milk respawn?

You knock out a low level female while it's stick in the trap than loot her for milk. Kill her after and find another low level female

Can’t attach triangle roof to double door (so it sticks outside like a spike)

You have to put a hatchframe on top of double door 1st... then build the triangle roof on the hatchframe

Yea most probably. It still depends on the server settings. Its better to get wyvern milk when the baby is down to about 300 food stat

Guys just use a harpoon launcher and net projectile if you have genesis, its the easiest way to tranq and get milk from one, just make sure to lure it from the trench.

Yeah. If you go out of render range and nobody else is near it, I believe it will get out of the trap when you render it back in.

bro mix that hole you use with a mantis using clubs... youll be laughing! make sure it has 500+melee dmg with ascendant clubs it takes like 2 hits to knockout a wyvern

Can you aggro crystal wyvens if you can make it attack you yes it work its passive tame so I dont know if thea fight back that's the only way you trap it like normal wyven

Coordinates for the cave is 26.3, 68.9. The amount of milk depends on the maturation rate of the server you're playing and also the food stat on the wyvern.

Its hard to outrun a wyvern with argentavis... but it can be done.. just needs godlike maneuvering skills to avoid those nasty blasts from the wyverns :D

This video is mainly to show the no trap method. But I included the BEST trap method (I tested) for viewers so they need not test other countless wyvern traps out there (like I did 😂).
