Love it!! Beautiful, simple house and an amazing location. I'll be in the Philippines late July through mid August. I would stay in a house like this for a few nights. But I'm hoping to move around to several islands when I'm back with Flor. She loves the simple living. If we find a place like this on one of the islands we visit, we will do vlogs of it as well. But once again, beautiful

You know im really learning too how to be content with simplicity. And especially nature around me. It was hard for me in the beginning sometimes its still difficult because i was used to the opposite but like you said i also want the kid to enjoy the outside more instead of the busyness in the city and so much screentime and so....but your videos really encourage me to enjoy the simple things

Beautiful location, but how about security and locking up the place when leaving for day trips or longer...how about insects...air con etc, all that is impossible in a place like this, and the Philippines is famous for break-ins so bye bye laptop and belongings. Sure it looks charming for maybe a weekend, but long-term...maybe not

Burglaries are unlikely to happen on siquijor, the best watchman is your neighbor so live well with people and you won't have problems.

@@eddenny585 every country has good and bad ppl true...but it all is in crime statistics. Crime is 10X or more worse in USA/ Europe than the Philippines. Anyone with an ounce of knowledge knows that crime is less likely to occur in the Philippines compared to Europe/ USA...etc.

Add your own security, camera, dogs, helper can stay cook and watch your house and you can rebuild or improve the house and add iron fence with barbed wire. Incent killers, solar lights

I would be happy in a house like that so close to the beach, my only concern would be security. It's so cheap so that would be easy to afford a good life there.

Siquijor is a very safe island, plus you have neighbors to live well with, they perform better than cctv. But you can always have a dog and the aforementioned cctv should take care of that.

I really loved the Beach front house your brother is staying in Matt. It’s an amazing place for your Children Maricar & Matt. TV & Computer have ruined the natural beauty of life for Children. Maybe Kids should not have all this until they’re 15/16! All social media except your Vlog (of course👀) & certain others. I actually think Military training Service from the age of 11 upwards would be better than School!! 😂 Anyway, a beautiful Beach front & it’s great to have a 2nd basic home to escape to from the norm: Take care Guys & Kids God protect you All, Love Uncle MikiRay 👀
