Berlin has the highest percentage of psychiatric treatment on people. The city is basically a madhouse and young people go there to feel hip, then cope about their miserable lives by drinking, smoking etc. As well you need to conform to a certain Berlin attitude which includes serious regression into childhood behaviour, see yelling, drinking, fooling around as if you'd have the time of your lives...
