We stayed at this hotel before going on a Disney cruise. We were very pleased with the resort. They have a counter service restaurant available for grab and go options. Disney Springs is a walk from the resort. There are two connecting pedestrian bridges. You can't climb stairs, no problem, there is an elevator for you to use. At Disney Springs, you come in near Disney's Days of Christmas. Very pleased, no issues.
I stayed next door in the holiday inn. Also a great hotel . And the busses are great . I didn't miss the decor. Yust walking to disneysprings is so easy. You can do some shopping and eating at difrent places
