Nice little boat. I would like to see you restore it (using it for restoration content), keep it for at least a season have it out and enjoy it with the wife, and then sell it when tired of it
Wayne, keep it. We have one, barely use it, but when we want to we do. Bought it for the wife when we lived on the water before we moved. We still use it every now and then... always remember, memories are priceless, and there is no perfect boat, which is why I own many! Hope you are doing well brother. Keep up the videos and if I'm in the area, come and see what boat I'm running at that moment, just like last time! Capt. Greg
Could have sprayed bleach on it and let it sit few minutes and pressure wash it came out like new . I just gotten a 5 person one like brand new still has canopy on it
Thats great , its nice to have adult toys , I to have toys from kayaks to petal boat to jon boat. Its nicr to have options and to follow our need to have nautical hobbys . Nice for whatever you want to try. Maybe a quick change vessel from enjoying each other's company on a relaxing cruise to changing it up to soot your needs crabbing fishing bird watching whatever...
Put a small 2hp motor and enjoy the places other people can't go and when u have the video go fast to speed up, u look like an old Benny Hill show lol thanks for the videos
My son bought an old 12ft sailboat. Figured it would be fun to take his wife & two girls out in it. His wife and he went out together for the first voyage. She was too nervous in it and scared. She never went again and forbid the girls from going in it too! So it’s been sitting in the garage under a tarp for about 6 yrs.
Restoring it and possibly giving it a name significant to you and yur wife Also a forward facing trolling motor controlled from either seat with the battery in the rear for balance
I've thought about getting one for on the small elec. only reservoirs. Was going to remove the paddles and add a modified trolling motor.I have a 12' Jon so I really don't need one, they're heavier, slower, and less room....
I'm going to pick up a 4 seat paddle boat tomorrow. (My first boat) it holds 800lbs. it even has a canopy and a built in cooler compartment. for $400 flat I cant beat it. A 12 foot boat definitely has more space, but that's only because they hold two people max. I'm looking forward to drinking beer with 3 friends out by the sandbar for cheap!
@@Dailyfiver The tag on the 12' boat says 3 persons. It only cost $250 and I can load and unload it my self from the bed of a truck,or all 3 of us can carry it a football field to the water if ever need be. There's going to be a hell of a lot less space on that thing with just 2 people than there is on my 12' with 3........but think what you want, there's still a lot that still think Biden is doing good.
@@rider660r well my paddle boat tag says 5 persons but the weight limit reflects more like 4 adults. I bet your boat is the same. It probably holds around 400lb which is two adults. Your John boat is definitely more portable and lightweight though I’ll give you that. I just live a 20 second walk from the boat launch
@@Dailyfiver LOL Well yeah, all boats have a US Coat Guard rating...that's the tag with the amount of people and weight listed. Mine says somewhere around 500-550,been a while since I looked at it to know the exact weight, but I know it says 3 people. If you really want to play pissing match with your sandy snatch,I live about a minute from the river that leads into a lake that's 28 miles long 8,000+ acres and up to 200' deep. Then have hundreds of smaller lakes and reservoirs all around. I really don't care if it's 5 seconds or 1 hour trip to the water. You're probably a bAsser also and think they're a incredible fish to catch and have a ton of pics holding your pickle like some Re Re at the carnival that won a stuffed animal....LOL. But they're just a nuisance fish and only thing that is often easier to catch is Gills and Sunnies. Like I said though, you keep thinking what you want, there are a lot of other dolts out there trying to explain away their idiocy. Sooner or later some figure out how idiotic they are....but many don't.
