use two layers of iron sheets and thermacol in-between. may be low cost non flammable sheet to the lower roof.

The concept is good but if any electric short circuit happens then your insurance will be encashed....better to go for a huge Term Insurance & then go for this thermocol interior.

ghanta hmne bhi krwayi hai apne ghar mein 2 rooms mein 13k mein ho gya pvc ki garranty hai 10 se 15 saal kuch nahi hoga balki usse zyada hi chalegi...2500 har saal lgane se acha ek baar krwa lo aadhe mein

It’s a good idea however it’s not safe to use due to fire hazards. If there was to be fire that house would go up instantly. Remember these ideas may be great but could compromise your safety in the long run.

Metal sheet on the roof will get hot in summer will easily melt or loosen the thermocol. Also not to forget its highly inflammable. If ceiling fans rod moves a bit will crack the super light and weak thermocol in seconds. I appreciate your efforts making this one.

One case came up they were sleeping and there was a fire caused by short circuit all the melted Thermocol fell on them one small kid died I think very sensitive small kids are trauma was too much that's why gypsum is always used is only 250-500 for a 6×5 piece why cheap out so much

If major fire is concerned its much better than any other flamable substance like paints,plastics, clothers curtains etc since fire will just burn it away in no time rather than helping heat to get transfering to other flamable substance.. so chances of fire to extinguish even!! It will also cause serious health problems if you breath the fumes. if you are not able escape and fire is minor then it is possible you will die of fumes though not immediately but after the fire is put out you will face medical issues and may die of it.

हर नए प्रयोग में कमी खोजना जैसे जन्मसिद्द अधिकार है । हवाई जहाज बनाते समय भी यही था कि गिरेंगे तो मरेंगे। थर्माकोल के जो नेगेटिव गुण है उनका समाधान निकलने होंगे । सीलिंग की वीडियो बनाने वालों को इनका सटीक उत्तर देना चाहिए। मध्यप्रदेश में ये सीलिंग लगाने वाले हो तो सम्पर्क करें।
