One of our favorite rum drinks to enjoy on our holidays is a Painkiller! Recently we found an $80 Painkiller at a tiki bar and we asked ourselves, ""How in the world can it be so expensive?". So we decided to have our own taste test to determined whether or not you could tell the difference. So Jillian put on a blindfold and taste tested three drinks and what she found will shock you!

Well, it was in the video! But we decided the best tasting Painkiller was the cheap one. 3oz Sailor Jerry spiced rum 3 oz pineapple juice 1 oz Simple orange OJ 1 oz real coco

@@SailStillwatersorry I missed the ratios. What did you think made the difference? Was it the rum? Or the OJ? Or the Creme of coconut?

The most expensive was very rich! Almost too sweet. Probably from the stronger flavor of the rum. The cheapest one just tasted lighter. Still had a good flavor, but didn’t seem overly sweet. I think the rum was the bog difference. The Sailor Jerry didnt cover up the other flavors. Where the more flavor full rum did

@@SailStillwater I have been making these quite often. I cut the rum back to 2 ounces. Will probably make my own creme of coconut (coconut milk and sugar) in the future. The problem is they are almost too easy to drink and 2 of them is too much. I’m in vacation now and I had to buy a cocktail shaker here so I can make these in the condo.
