U could add a small stone to help sink it better….. the trap looks very cool. Not bad price either, good luck jack! Crabs and crawfish…. Next time take your net to move the trap into the clear water by the pipe…..
I mean the trap did work, just the day didn't want to be in your favor. You should try again some time in the future, since it was good with catching minnows. Just remember to try and keep the bucket on a flater surface or put a kiddy pool under it. Lol
I feel like it's a bit upside down. I would put the small side at the bottom and then put a bucket attached to it with a hole in the net so that when you're ready to pull it out they just go right into the bucket
No Jack no no I'm telling you I used to catch crawdad's with hot dogs dead serious you just take a hot dog put it on the end of a string or in that net and just go at it the cheapest hot dogs you can find the cheaper the better not beef hot dogs regular hot dogs chicken hot dogs no joke I used to get big ass crawdads I live in the northwest where the Clackamas River is so awesome
The loss balls have been discontinued for a little while. The reps from overseas where not checking them and the parasite is a nasty one but supposedly you could freeze them to kill them. SC Fish keeping did a good video on them if your interested in it. Keep up the killer videos!
That was a good video until it went south. Shame I don't live there I will be your video man. Just love your video. You need to us your fish trap again or make one leave it for 24 hours
ive had these traps for years. i bring it to the keys with me. i catch baby nurse sharks, eels, and tropical fish in it. It is very fragile though and they break easily.
